Вернулись в этот отель, так как на Санья Бей можно купаться, в других бухтах запрещено из-за волн. Лежаки на пляже, удобный переход к морю. Хорошие завтраки. Зеленая территория.
Очень сильно искусали непонятные насекомые( мошки, блохи, комары не знаю)!!! Легли спать здоровыми людьми, проснулись на утро искусанные. На теле нет живого места, руки, ноги, тело, голова!!! Адски чешется все, не прекращающий зуд. Раны долго заживают!!! Взрослому тяжело переносить это, ребенок сойдет с ума! Показали на ресепшене укусы, дали зеленую жидкость мазать укусы, «замораживает» но не надолго.

入住前一天管家会联系询问客房需求以及入住时间，让我入住当天的出行更加地安心。虽然比入住时间早到了但是说提前准备好了客房提前两小时就入住了，管家Zoey也帮我升了房型，从房间阳台直接就能看到夕阳落日。有欢迎水果甚至还有甜点，甜点非常好吃，酒店的工作人员也很热情亲切。
因为酒店也有10年以上了所有有些设施可能会有些许老旧，但配套的餐厅，和SPA还有泳池可以完全弥补这些不足。
酒店的中餐厅味道意外地很好，服务也到位。酒店的SPA也是我会强烈推荐的，从环境到服务到效果都无可挑剔，预约是直接找管家Zoey帮我约的，可能因为淡季，当天就约到了，特别方便。因为是出行的最后一晚，做了SPA以后就直接这么回房睡了，起来以后第二天神清气爽，疲惫全无。

Super wonderful hotel especially there is one staff her name is Carrie she speak English very well and help us for free upgrade also she gave us her wechat and always follow us even in the night all swimming pool was amazing and access to beach is very easy even they put lift for that and we swim in the sea sure we will back to this hotel again

We visited the Pullman with 2 kids (3y and 1y). The service was exceptional and we had a wonderful time and missed nothing. Several playgrounds, kids entertainment, a very beautiful beach, heated pools. perfect
i liked everything. if there was one thing which I didn’t like, than I would say that the room cleaning was not too passionate

We really liked our weekend at Pullman, the staff is really friendly, helped us a lot. There are several swimming pools, one of them is heated, 31-32 degrees, really nice. It was my birthday during our stay and hotel staff decorated our room and game me little presents, it was so sweet of them. Especially thanks to Eva, who took care of us during our stay there and Mickey for decorating the room. Definitely would spend another vacation here!

The hotel and the staff were amazing, particularly Perou! She was able to help with all my requests, including organising a birthday surprise for my friend. There are so many facilities, and the staff patiently communicate with foreigners who have little Mandarin skills. I would definitely return in the future. A big thank you to the team for making my trip so enjoyable.

The rooms are nice, and the staff are very professional. The breakfast is good.
I didn't like that you have to take an underpass to cross to go to the beach and that the beach was not private. There was a lot of noise from streetcars passing in front of the hotel. Finally, it was disappointing that only one small pool out of all the ones available was heated. The others were really cold in December when we visited.

Close to the beach and the view was good.
All the staff were incredibly unhelpful - particularly Leo who didn't understand how to take payment from a visa or mastercard and told us to come back tomorrow when we were trying to check in. We had to pay a deposit (which is normal) but the night we arrived it was 8000RMB then suddenly by the morning it was 10,000RMB. Everything was hard work - ordering a drink and then waiting for it to arrive took around 45 minutes. The food came at different times so as a group of 4 we never ate together and we often got our food before our drinks. Lots of food and drinks were unavailable. I asked for a mojito one night and received a long island iced tea after about an hour because my mojito was taking too long - this was what the staff member told me. As a group of 4 we tried to split a bill and it took nearly 35 minutes to pay. We had breakfast on our room on the day we were leaving and they told me they couldn't cancel it and I would be charged. At 198 RMB pp thats a-lot of money to lose because they just didn't know how to do it. There was no introduction to the hotel when we checked in - it would have been nice to have known where the spa was (wasn't signposted - I never found it - was stared at when I asked) and not to have two pools and the pool bar also closed for the whole of our stay. No-one offered any help at all - or any advice about what there was to do in the area and just stared at you if you asked a question. We asked for a taxi when we were leaving and Leo (again) told us we would have to wait until 9am (It was 7am). Our flight was at 9.30! The cost of the hotel is not worth it - it is so expensive and not a 5 * hotel. On Christmas day we paid 598 RMB to have a buffet, drinks and entertainment from 18.30pm until 10.30pm yet they started packing away at 9pm. They cleared the drinks and food and the entertainment also left. It was awful and not worth the money. I would 100% recommend staying elsewhere!

The Pool selection was excellent. Each pool was very spacious and set in wonderful scenery. The heated pool was fantastic, especially as travelled in December. Highly recommend the Pullman! Perou (our host at reception) was amazing. She gave daily updates about the weather, checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and made us feel really welcome! the food selection at breakfast was excellent. The beach access and all the facilities were absolutely fantastic! We definitely recommend the Pullman Oceanview to anyone wishing to visit Sanya!

The beach is very suitable for babies. The hotel itself has nice swimming pools, especially the big one with some sand for kids to play. Interior has some good vibe of nature. Even if you are in the hotel room you can feel that you are still united with nature.
The place for testing in the hotel got closed. It was super inconvenient to go and get tested at the fruit market or the hospital. There was one place nearby but it was open just for a couple of hours per day and the staff couldn't give us the decent information about its working hours.

This was the perfect holiday. My son had so many options: beach, infinity pool, water park, arcade, etc. we did not need to leave the hotel. The food was good. Breakfast had a variety each day. I feel so rested and rejuvenated.
The rooms are clean and has everything you need. It just needs a facelift. Needs to be modern and trendy. Ceiling had some damp spots.

The grounds are well maintained and the pools are beautiful. Very good location as well. Susan at the terrace bar and Eva at the villa check in were incredible. Professional, kind, helpful, and organized. If they are not managers yet, they should be promoted ASAP. All the staff were well organized, helpful, and professional.

1. Our villa wasn’t ready at check in time. it was not ready for another 3 hours. We were recommended to go to afternoon tea and happy hour (which are included in our room rate). Upon hearing that our villa wasn’t ready, the general manager was dismissive of our frustration, blasé and condescending. He arrived at our table in shorts, a t-shirt, and flip flops. His attire did not instill a sense of luxury for which the resort is known. Especially with the price of the villa, the general manager upon hearing of a problem, should appear professional and attempt to make up for the blunder. Nothing was offered as an apology from him. The staff were very apologetic and lovely.
2. The wifi in the room was non-existent.
3. The villa was not well maintained. The pond behind the pool was stagnant and overrun by algae and mosquitos. Half of the lights in the villa did not work. The showers did not drain. The fridge smelled like old seafood and durian. The bottom floor smelled like mold.

Glass walls and doors to the shower were in GLASS, no shades, or blinds. Who ever designs bathrooms with glass walls and doors, STOP IT!

The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed having the separate pool which was a little quieter from the family pool.
Throughout the night for our entire stay, there was a continuous drilling sound from above. We weren’t sure if it was from flushing or not; but this was every evening we were woken by it.
