Ubicación y atención espectacular

Absolutely awesome view
Premium price - excellent location but maybe a little overpriced
4.3
Super comfortable room and super friendly staff. Our standard room had a view of the parking area, but the views from the dining room were amazing. The shower and bathroom were great. Driving to the nearest park entrance only takes about 10 minutes. The restaurant is excellent especially considering the location! They even took good care of the two of us when there were multiple large tour groups being served.
No coffee maker or kettle in room. Otherwise, aside from the price, it's hard to find fault.
4.3
location, views, facilities (in a park that is very poor on facilities generally)
overpriced

Perfecto

Location, everything is exceptional!
A bit pricey

The room cleaning service was timely and the staff overall are helpful and friendly. Fantastic view from the room of the Lago Grey glacier.
The rate of excursion initiated by the hotels is fairly expensive. However, the quality of guides such as Debbie and Nacho are quite high.
4.3
Great location. Some rooms have lake view. Modern and clean rooms and private bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. You can, have lunchs, and dinner in the hotel. Good bar. Many excursion options and guides available. Central heating.
Pillows are too soft.
4.3
Very relaxing. Friendly staff. Nice views.
The wifi channel they told us (Apple users) to use was not available in the rooms.
There was another channel (for android users) which worked well in the rooms.

Internet strength in the rooms could be better. I had a work call and couldn’t take it in the room, had to go to the lobby for it. Definitely an opportunity for the hotel to increase internet coverage
4.3
Everything! Room, food and service! 5 stars for all.
Nothing.

amazing staff
beautiful view!!
4.3
being able to look out our room window and see the Paine mountains with the Grey lake was incredible!
roads getting there had a lot of potholes
4.3
beautiful view from restaurant and room, very nice comfortable room, nice bathroom with heated floors, restaurant was fantastic with really flavorful dishes and great staff, excellent breakfast also.
Nothing to complain about!
4.3
beautiful views, rooms, and right on the lake that takes your to the glacier, which was my favorite excursion. gorgeous views from every vantage. definitely request a room on second floor for best view. great vegan food options too!
no spa and no bath tubs in room.
4.3
Nice view from hotel lobby to Torres del Paine mountains and Lake Gray. IMPORTANT - this hotel is not located well for start of Torrea del Paine W loop!!!
Lobby is nice.
WiFi is working good.
Clean.
There is hot water.
It is not worth 400+ eur/night
Rooms are small and in bad shape
Bathroom is not maintained and seems like it was last time renovated in 1970's
Breakfirst is good but nothing special
We had lunch and dinner in restoran and food was decorated nicely but without any taste. Also it is rather expensive and they automaticaly add 15% tip on all prices.
Staff is confused, badly trained and sometimes arrogant, also their knowledge of english is low.
4.3
Hotel in amazing location, even you pay a lot for the room its beyond expectation. What a pity we couldnt stay more then just one night.
4.3
beatiful place
lovely hotel just surrounded by be beautiful nature

The service was the best we have had, especially from your front staff, drivers, and excursion staff. They exceeded every expectation we had. We would stay here again just for them.
The rooms are old, outdated, and lack modern amenities. And the food menu - really bad. Please hire an executive chef:)
4.3
The staff, food, and room were all wonderful.
4.3
The superior room was very nice with great views, a very comfortable bed, and heated flooring in the bathroom. They gave free champagne, a small appetizer, and chocolate at dinner at the restaurant. They also gave free drinks at check-in. Prices at the restaurant and bar were more reasonable compared to the other hotels in Torres Del Paine. The bellboy brings your luggage to your room and then back to your car pretty quickly after being called - there is a call button at the parking lot.
Dinner entrees/options at the restaurant were not the best - the salad was iceberg lettuce & not very good - and my seafood pasta was not very good - husband's grilled hake was pretty bland. The lady at the tour desk for the Grey tour was not very helpful. Wifi is good/decent in the lobby but not the best in the rooms - but considering the remote location, it's understandable. The water in the shower is a bit lukewarm, never got hot.
4.3
quite expensive for what you get.
4.3
Proximity to Lago Grey, catamaran cruise to glacier and view of mountains. Pleasant property and ambiance. Enjoyed the heated bathroom floor on chilled mornings. General friendliness and knowledge of staff was appreciated.
Restaurant entrees and preparations were subpar; bar items somewhat better. Restaurant service was fine. Internet doesn’t extend reliably to rooms in 800 area - spotty. Overpriced even for being inside TdP. Overall property needs updating.

an amazing experience! everything is great! the view, staff, landscape, service, food, room, everything is super

my room looked out at a dead tree. I first thought this would be bad. Then the would peckers showed up. then a huge Caracara hawk showed up. three feet from my window. Amazing.
I only had one problem at this hotel. whenever I do long road trips I always stop at the first town and buy picnic supplies. In Punta Arènes we bought plates cups and groceries for the road. In my room I had a paper bag with two plates, plastic utensils and napkins. next to the bag was a small box with cups. I also had a gab of lunch foods. The maid took the bag with the plates and utensils. The plates were very similar to what is used in the restaurant.
my plates still had the big purple sticker on the back from the store. They were in a bag so she must have gone through my bags to find them! Then when I asked at the front desk. I was told she thought the bag was garbage. I was not offered replacement plates from the restaurant or any other solution. Iif I had left them around the room I would have understood the confusion.
otherwise great hotel.

This hotel is one of the most expensive in the park, but it's definitely warranted. The room had an incredible view of the lake and the glacier. The restaurant and bar also had incredible views and excellent food (including the breakfast spread). There's plenty of hiking nearby and the ferry is right down the road for a cruise to the glacier or a transfer to Refugio Gray.
The gift shop could be improved with better merchandise and some local arts and crafts.

I was starting the W trail from Refigio Grey, which required taking the ferry from Hotel Grey, so I chose to spend the night here before the ferry. For this purpose it is Perfect!
Restaurant and bar are excellent and accommodation decent considering the extremely isolated location. However the staff were the best, they were knowledgeable and helpful.
Very expensive for what it is, but given it's in the middle of nowhere I will forgive it for this, there is no other hotel for several hours in any direction!
4.3
amazing views and excellent food and service
rooms are old and a little worn out but beds are very comfortable
