Bed was a comfy hard and batherooms were really nice. Towels, shower gels and hot water. Tea and coffee in room and water which was very helpful. Lots of storage space. Was a little hot but there was a fan to compensate. Room not too noisy at night; slept well. 20 mins safe walk from Station with good connections into London. Was left to our own devices and not hurried out. Honestly was really good for £110 for the night and 20 mins near London. Allowed to come in at any time. Staff friendly :)
Breakfast was 8-8.30am which was a bit early considering been out late but beggars can't be choosers. Don't really get the mid reviews.

location is good. plenty of parking.
the team were not the most friendly.
also on arrival they took a photocopy of my driving licence, which no one does these days and is possibly a break of gdpr, but I don't know.
also one of the pillows had some sort or black marks, looked like mould but I cannot be sure.

This is an excellent venue, well located. The staff are very helpful, and having now been there we are determined to come back and try the restaurant which looks superb, and friends of ours who have eaten there eulogised about it
The shower and the breakfast choice was a bit disappointing, although what was offered was good quality.

It was in an okay location not far from the shops & I wish we had tried the food as it looked & smelled excellent.
Room hadn't been cleaned from previous people as there were hairs in the shower, toothpaste spat in the sink, floor definitely not hoovered, rubbish in the bin, both lamps not working, had to bite the the batteries in the remote to get it working, coffee & creamer well out of date & mouldy sheets. I wasn't expecting the Ritz for £110 but I wasn't expecting something resembling faulty towers either. The place could be a really good venue without all of this.

Nothing
I never give bad reviews but this hotel was awful and really upsetting. The amount of things that were bad make me believe this wasnt a one off and looking at some of the other reviews, nothing is ever done to solve the problems. Staff were rude to speak to and just let themselves into the room once when i was showering even though i had said dont come in im in the shower. This made me feel anxious for the entire stay and i had to block the door in case it happens again. The bed had visible staines everywhere. The coffee is covered in damp. The milk expired in April, the cream expired in February. The kettle was covered in mould and leaked. The light flickers constantly. The TV remote doesn't work. Breakfast is only 8am-8:30am and is a boiled egg and toast. The bath towel was covered in black staines. The hand soap had just been filled to the top with water. The whole place is really awful and the unhelpful and forceful staff just make it so much worse.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was good though a little pricey. Friendly staff.
Clean room, good towels and bed linen.
When making the booking, I didn't know that after the restaurant closes, all the staff go home and the building is totally unoccupied!! It's not really a hotel, it's a restaurant with rooms for rent!
I was the only 'hotel' guest (so especially as a woman alone) this was most unpleasant. If I'd known this beforehand, I wouldn't have stayed there.
Also there was no heating in my room (both nights were very chilly) though they were kind enough to provide an electric heater.
The TV remote didn't work and there was no reading lamp by the bed.
The halogen bathroom light flickered on and off like a disco stroboscope but the shower water was hot!

The staff were very helpful. My friend has a disability and although there was no disability facilities they were more than happy to help.
Amazing food and the room was very comfortable and clean
I found it hard to get a taxi but that was because London is very busy. The staff were happy to help with taxi numbers.

Nice one staff, the fruit for breakfast was bought from the fuel station and in a poor condition. Breakfast was "kellogs" with very sweet milk and a couple of standard white toasts.
Very arrogant manager at the check-in and looking down on guests as I have lots of luggage for a night, but I ordered because of some cancellation. It was pretty warm weather so I have to open the windows all time, but I couldn't sleep at night because of the VERY NOISY fan down the main building behind the counter. The room is quite small but adequate, one lamp in the toilet was broken and just twinkled, but I don't wanna address this as I was already too tired to make any complaints. In the morning, even though I ordered breakfast because I could not sleep so I planned to just skip breakfast. Then... one staff just knocked on my door even though it was already passed the breakfast window... so I have to get down and took the breakfast which was not special at all. I am a singer and this

Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet
Breakfast was a bit limited, both in times available which was 8-8.30 on a Sunday morning after I'd been to a party. No choice is of food available, white toast and a croissant which was inedible

The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful when they were around. The rooms were extremely clean.
There was no heating in the bedrooms when we stayed in early March with freezing overnight temperatures so it was bitterly cold. The hotel staff knew that the heating had broken down and had called in a repair man but no other source of temporary heating was provided to us like a fan heater. Also, we could not connect to the WiFi. The hotel closed/shut down during much of the day and overnight and so there were no staff present at all except when the Indian restaurant opened in the late afternoon/ early evening. Someone just came in to make us our breakfast. The incense burning was a bit overpowering too bearing in mind that I am an asthmatic.

Just for room
Very poor hot water facilities. Room is cold. Heaters doesn’t work properly. They don’t have a additional heater even if I’m asking. We spent big money (120£) per night and not satisfied at all about this room and facilities
