Location on the sea front.
It was barren, dark and very unwelcoming.
The shower ( a handheld unit hanging in the the bath) was unusable -it flooded the floor however you used it.
The bedroom was minute - no room to open two small carry-on cases. Impossible to walk between the twin beds, only one person could move about due to lack of floor space.
No restaurant in house,no bar , both were across the busy road and both closed at 7pm. No lounge.
We checked out after 3 nights despite being booked in for a week.
The hotel is. 2* NOT a luxury 4* as advertised in Booking.com.

The location and beach club at this hotel are fantastic, I’ve been many times and will certainly come back
My hotel room was small but also a bit worn

Great location over the road from sea. Comfortable room & bed. Breakfast was lovely sitting outside watching the world go by!
Food good at beach & friendly staff.
Advertised a private beach that anyone could use!! Cost €35 per person per bed. Reserve if going in high season. It is a lovely beach area. No actual lounge in hotel or bar.

Modern , clean opposite beach
Pay for private beach 25 euros each person each day , it felt very residential
Restaurant staff rude , we didn’t get room like you showed on booking . Com ?it was v small and no court yard garden as promised , also wanted 20 euro each for breakfast and wasn’t served in nice beach restaurants in sun on road which was v busy

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! So helpful and friendly and very well groomed.
The location is very good. Close to the sea, old town and the station.
We asked for twin beds - we were given a double bed. The pillows were square and small. Had to ask twice for toiletries The phones to the reception did not work. No bar as was advertised. The hotel is VERY quiet and not much of a vibe. We booked the spa and then other people joined us which was really uncomfortable. In the Jacuzzi. Did not think much of the restaurant and room service was supplied in take away cartons etc from the restaurant next store. The tea and coffee station advertised in the reception in the afternoons was really poor! I had high hopes for this destination but felt it did not reach them. Would def NOT stay here again.

The property is in a great location but the assigned me a lower level apartment which it’s very noise and on the top I over pay. My friend got the same apartment for less than 300 and I paid 1600
The noise level and the América. breakfast were horrible

Great room, fantastic view... pics didn't do it justice, great terrace and roof space
Slightly noisy at night - mainly due to traffic and especially the stupidly loud motorbikes... don't they have exhausts in France?

the property is at a good location and even though the design is pretty standard the hotel is pretty. the fact that it is in front of the beach and you get to just go to the beach club which is nice or you get to walk by the water to the old town is wonderful and delightful. they have a cute Italian restaurant next door which I recommend.
the staff I don’t understand how in the south of france these people work in hospitality. first time in my life I have encounter such a rude and incompetent staff. with the exception of the cleaning staff which is very efficient and nice, the front desk is a just rude people who have no knowledge of how to treat a guest.

Location on sea-front, close to Antibes old town, combined with underground parking was excellent. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.
Pretty good value for money (but I guess this was due to the off-season time of year).
Everything had been modernised and was in grat condition.
Breakfast was expensive for what you get!

It would be a really useful hotel if it accepted dogs. We need a high standard hotel in Antibes which does.
3.5 / 5.0
The location is good, the room was ok clean.
Dark cold design, view to the courtyard is really too close to the neighbor apartments, you see them and the see you. The room design is just very strange: separate wc and bathroom/shower while the bathroom/shower with no doors. Not comfortable.
