the room was a bit noisy ( just above the kitchen)

Nice views and friendly staff. A lot of character in this old Bishop's palace, which is both good and bad. It is a short walk from the beach and old part of Noli. Parked below the elevator in a public area with reasonable pricing.
Not great value for money, we paid around €215 and would say that around €145 would be reasonable for the season. The hotel feels a bit like a museum. Not dirty, but everything except perhaps the bathroom is very, very old. The TV in the room was tiny, like 14". Did not bother to turn it on. We prefer a modern hotel, but that was mostly my fault, as I didn't research much, just booked randomly on short notice. More like a old 3-star hotel.

The sea sight and the position.
The breakfast. Very poor . No buffet! It was very cold during the night , we took a blanket from the closet, but it was not enough . The internal finishing, not meeting the expectations.

The location is 1st class with direct view at the sea and old town. Staff very friendly.
The approach to the hotel is a little complicated but with the assistance of the helpfull staff no problem.
The michelin star restaurant is nicely located with view over the bay, the staff was very friendly, but the food overpriced.

stunning setting with a beautiful view. 50 metros from the Bech and with a one star Michelin restaurant. the style of the hotels beautiful, antique and elegant.
7.9 / 10.0
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The position above the town and overlooking the sea is fantastic. Dinner was excellent, lovely position, fresh fresh seafood and staff were attentive, but not intrusive. All in all a lovely experience.
Exterior of the buildings not so clean. Bathroom needs renovation. It all looks a bit tired.
