E' andato tutto bene, colazione ottima e abbondante, ristorante molto curato, mangiato molto bene e SPA con saune e piscina rilassanti.

Very quiet place. A small cozy hotel at the foot of the mountains with a SPA, a large spacious room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast, coffee. It is also possible to order dinner in advance.
Since the hotel is pet-friendly, the smell of pets was very strong in the elevator.

In overall the hotel is good, but could be better for the quality-price match. The hotel has a SPA and the ski resort very close by. If you wish to eat outside the hotel, there are a few options for the restaurants. Also, a small supermarket is close to the hotel.
The hotel has quite old rooms including bathroom, that should be renovated in order to meet the 4* standards. The SPA area could be a bit bigger in order to accommodate hotel guests during the peak hours. Also, the SPA area could be cleaned more regularly, and not only in the beginning of the day. If you seek for any other activities except skiing, there is not much to do in the area.

We went as a family of 6 for a few days walking in the mountains. The area was great for us as there were lots of medium walks for us to do, the town was nearby as was the cable car! There was a pool and spa in the hotel which was very good and useful as the weather was not as kind as it could have been! Breakfast was good, a large selection on the buffet. We only ate in once, but that was very nice. There are plenty of other places to eat around. Staff were helpful with information on the area and what to do and see.
The weather!!!

Family ambient, not many people around. Food was good. Pool Excellent. Staff always ready to answer questions and give insights as requested.
Overall the facility would need some renovation to uplift to up-to-date 4 stars hotels standards.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends while touring on our motorcycles. Splendid mountain location, quiet and pleasant situation. Staff were friendly and engaging and our evening meal and breakfast were top notch. Would return and recommend to others.

The Hotel is placed in the mountains with beautiful views all around. It’s located close to a ski lift which also functions in the summer. At the top of mount Zoncolan we experienced some breathtaking views.
The staff had limited English skills. One staff member were particularly rude when we refused to accept a different order, than the food we ordered. We even did everything we could to specify the order in simple English. It was a simple sandwich with ham and cheese.
The sauna did not work and they could not tell us when it would be working again.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff and owners, parking facilities. Very clean and quiet.
Old and small rooms, small shower, old bathroom installations, nice restaurant but no tables available.

Breakfast was excellent ranging from cereals, butter and marmelade or honey on one side to cheese, ham and eggs on the other. Some sweets at the end with excellent italian coffee. Free pool, wet or dry sauna, jacuzzi after skiing are welcome activities. A dinner with four starters, four main courses, salad bar and several sweets at the end offers more than enough variety to find a perfect match with your stomach needs. Free car parking and a walking distance from the cabin taking you to the mountain eases the ski-logistics a lot.
Ski room is not equipped with boot dryers, so it can happen that in the morining your boots are not completely dry. Best option is to remove inner boots and dry them in your room.
