Very good

The hotel is on the periphery so it is easy to find and it had available parking places. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough.

The bathroom could be much cleaner. Also the water flow was so low and the shower cabin was small and looked fancy but didn't work properly. The toalet paper was locked and almost impossible to use. The water kept leaking from the sides of the sink no matter how careful it was used.

Old building and furniture, small and crowded restaurant. There was a bithday party under the terrasse and groups of polo players who made lots of noise til midnight. I would not recommend.

We reserved in Hotel Avenue and decided to change to Hotel Avenue de Luxe. Same owner, we were fully reimbursed for the first reservation. Which they didn't have to do for Booking had clear stated no reimbursement. Excellent service! Good restaurant across the street and good parking facilities. Personel very friendly and helpful.

Free parking infront and around the hotel. a great value for money. The room was spacious.

Some small remarks about the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. Furniture is slightly tired. The street between this hotel and the sister Deluxe hotel can be a bit noisy at the evening as people are gathering outdoors while the weather is nice.

very spacious room, cheap enough to overcome most negative impressions. breakfast was simple but satisfying. The lady in the reception was nice and allowed us to keep luggage in for a few hours after checkout.

The room had problems like bathroom cleanliness, the shower glass door was broken and was about to fall. The restaurant staff was very not friendly, showed much dissatisfaction even with the simplest requests.

If you travel by train, it is exactly on the other side of the town than the main train-station. But this is not so bad as you might expect: A city-busline end 300m away from the hotel. So problem to get home from dining out...

Terrible hotel

It's dirty, everything is old and smells of cigarette smoke. Found cigarette butts on the window. Smoke alarms were plugged with paper. Shower stalls in the corridors, mold, stripped walls. There is mold in the bathroom. The staff is terrible.

ROOM WAS GREAT, BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE.

The room it was given us was in the new built hotel AVENUE LUX HOTEL just against the old AVENUE HOTEL,and it was wonderful, everything was NEW, beds, moket, bathroom. we enjoy everything.

The breakfast was serving in the old AVENUE HOTEL and it was average quality.

Football tournament family trip

The location is great. We were upgraded to an apartment.

It is not very clean, the furniture are very old. The reseption girl was not very polite. The food in the restaurant is average. It is not the perfect choice if you go for a usual vacation in Burgas.
