Harde madrasser. Rene håndklær pakket i plast. Med tanke på miljø er dette ikke nødvendig. Kanskje tilby rene håndklær hver dag, men la gjestene avgjøre om de har behov for det.

Fremragende beliggenhed i udkanten af Nea Chora. Fantastisk udsigt. Dejlig morgen buffet og meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Parkering lige ved hotel.

Tutto. Personale gentilissimo. Posizione dell albergo praticamente a mare. Spettacolare la vista con alba a destra e tramonto a sinistra. Colazione varia e abbondante. Wifi ascensore. Dietro l albergo c'è un supermercato e sulla sinistra dell albergo c'è un ristorantino sul mare bellissimo buonissimo ed economico ve lo raccomando. Spiaggia e mare splendidi.

Our stay in Chania was peaceful and convenient.

The view was gorgeous -- straight out to the water. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because the breakfast was reported to be so good -- we were not disappointed. We were surprised to learn that all of Greece's beaches are very rocky. If you bring your water shoes, it can be quite enjoyable. After a hot day visiting tourist sites, it was wonderful to return to the beach for a refreshing swim. The beach access from the hotel is also private and quiet. The family who run the hotel are all friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond, assisting with reservations, organizing boxed meals as needed, answering questions and recommending good services. The notebook of activities they have put together is so easy to use -- we simply arrived at the hotel, looked through the notebook, planned out our days there, and they made the phone calls to set everything up for us. Also, the shape of the bathtub was perfect for soaking. This may not be considered a "luxury" hotel in appearance, but for us the quality was high in the things that mattered. We stayed in other "4-5 star" hotels during our trip to Greece which had beauty in the physical appearance of the building but poor quality in the food and items provided in the room. Klinakis was one of our favorite hotel experiences.

We did not have as much privacy as we would like. The balconies overlap in a way that allows you to see across to neighboring balconies, as well as potentially inside the rooms. We made sure to close our thick curtains when we needed privacy, but it meant losing the view in those moments. The room was a little small, but thankfully we were out and about most days and not spending a lot of time lounging in the room.

Amazing hotel and extremely firendly staff!

Marvelous hotel by the beach. Peace of mind

OOOOHHH I loved it. Thank you sooo much for the welcoming. The amazing homemade breakfast for the view on the sea for the peace of mind. That hotel deserves a 3 stars instead of 1. I guess it’s because it’s a bit remote contrary to some walking distance hotels who are crowded. I love the owner. Madame Klinakis I suppose. I saw your photos of nature on the wall. My husband and I are so grateful.

Sehr gute Lage für Entspannung am Strand und Besuch Chanias

Zimmer war OK, Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, die ersten 2 Tage gab es nur Getränke aus dem SB- Kühlschrank, am 3. Tag war dann auch der Restaurant-Bereich bewirtet. An dem nahen, Richtung Westen gelegenen Strand sind Liegen und Sonnenschirm für günstiges Geld zu haben.

Es muss nicht sein dass jeden Tag neue Handtücher und Hygieneartikel in Plastikfolie verpackt in das Zimmer gelegt werden.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! We had an ocean view room and the view was amazing. Great buffet breakfast, so you can have a coffee and then walk straight down to the beach for a swim. Staff are amazing

Everything you could wish for

This hotel exceeded all expectations! It is located exactly on the sea shore, within walking distance from Chania central city & bus station. Breakfast is really diverse, with variations everyday and you have sea view every morning, feeling the sea breeze on your skin. The personnel is very nice, welcoming and helpful. The whole place is sparkling clean - the cleaning ladies come daily and do a great job. They even have excursions to the main attractions from Crete with pick-up from the hotel. It was perfect, even too cheap for what it has to offer!

Very nice hotel with amazing view and staff

It is a really nice hotel. We have a very good time there. We felt that every worker in the hotel was doing their best to make your stay pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were comfy as well. It was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. Breakfast is incredable with amazing sea view in the shadow. We will definitely return!

Fantastic place, the pearl of Chania!

Everything was super. Perfect location to explore Chania and west part of Crete - 20min on foot to Chania downtown, 1hr to Balos, 1.5hr to Elafonissi, 1.5hr to Preveli beach, 1hr to Samaria gorge. Free parking. Amazing breakfast with real orange juice! Nice, clean rooms.Daily room service. Good wi-wi. Shalow beach downstairs, very good for families with small kids. Friendly staff. 10/10. Super! Better than others 2*, 3* or even 4* hotels!

Fabulous stay. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was amazing! Superb selection to suit all tastes. Cereal, yoghurt, fruit, meats and cheeses, salads, pastries, eggs, roasted vegetables, breads, juice, lemon and mint water tea and coffee. Kept us full till mid-afternoon.

Genuinely couldn't find fault with anything! Lovely, really pleasant and helpful breakfast staff.

Completely delightful

Peaceful location beside the sea but only a short stroll along to Chania harbour and Old Town. A strip of tavernas within 5 minute walk. Very clean comfortable room, excellent shower. Breakfast was superb. Delightful reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. Stayed 2 nights at start of holiday, liked it so much we booked it for the end of our holiday and had a room with a balcony facing sea, excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. Would love to return.

The seascapes from the room were amazing and the room was clean everyday.

The beds were not very comfortable. We ran out of hot water during shower twice. Moreover, as there is no door in the shower, the floor of the bathroom can get very wet.

Sisters trip

We had an oceanfront room and the view was spectacular!! The breakfast is exceptional with all homemade food. The location is amazing if you want to stay in a quieter part of Chania. About a 10 minute walk to the old town.

The hotel is very noisy and the beds are very hard.

Problematic cleanliness

Great location with beautiful view of the sea and sunset.

The property is old and rundown. My toilet was leaking water which flooded the bathroom and bed lamps did not function properly. Cleanliness was especially problematic with hairs on my towels and on the bathroom floor. The breakfast also had a hair in it. Despite the location, I would not recommend this accommodation.
