Super comodo la habitacion, perfecta hubicacion en una zona exclusiva y tranquila.

la habitacion super amplia, la mama extra grande, super porque tienes en la habitacion una mesa y dos sillas mas una silla adicional para descanso, buen tv, y un closet perfecto

que el lavamanos no tiene agua caliente

Would stay again and recommend as great staff to help with your needs and great value.

The Matisse Hotel is a great value for the cost to stay. The staff did everything to take the time for suggestions of food, tours, what ever you wanted or needed. Went beyond my expectations.

Interior room with no window looking outside but on the ground floor. The large window that looked to hallways had a blackout screen that ensured privacy.

not a building to be a hotel, it shakes constantly when a bus passes, not a good choice even for the low price. stay awa

the building was too loundy inside and outside, the windows and the bed were shaking everytime a bus passed, it gave a earthquake sensation constantly, the toiler flush was running non stop, wifi did not work properly, the room was too cold, floor was shaking on each step, no hand towel was given,

I fell comfortable and safe in this place.

Elsy and Rafael (the receptionists) are excellent hosters. They made me feel as I was at home. Very helpful people and very attentive to my needs. The taxidriver (Oscar) is an excellent professional since he knows the city very well, and I advised me about places to visit in the city and joined me to most of them.

The location is great.

It's loud you can hear everything throughout the old building. Breakfast was just simple eggs and bread The room was not cleaned. Hot water is available 50% of the time, and only 1 person to shower. Had 2 showers 1 was warm the other ice cold.

The place is located in a cental and safe area. the room was spacious and pleasent. The staff was super helpfull and welcoming.

The bed and pillows were a little too firm me + it could have been even nicer if there was a way to hit up the room a little bit

Good position and staff was nice.

We first got a room that was extremely humid and cold, with mold visible and the sheets were not clean. They were nice enough to let us change the room which was better, but still really humid. The floor also vibrates because of large cars passing on the main road.

The staff was nice, polite.

It's unbelievably loud, and the room is shaking from the traffic like in an earthquake. I slept with earplugs on and it wasn't enough to cancel the noise. Maybe it's not the same in the other rooms. Also, there was no water, hot or cold, from midnight until 7:30 AM next morning.

A charming hotel with some sort of historical scent.

Nice and comfortable room - unlike many colombian hotels leaving just a bed, here you had a small wardrobe, 2 bed tables, nice lamps that you could switch off from bed, big mirror, radio and blackout curtains.

Good place for early birds - don't expect to sleep long due to street noise unless you choose a room with a window to a corridor.

Run away from this place if you want to be able to sleep

Nothing else is important if you can’t sleep, end of the day you’re paying to sleep there.

Imposible to sleep. The whole room shakes pretty constantly due to the traffic. The bed moves like in an earthquake the whole time because of it. This should not be a hotel or even a building, never experienced anything like it. Avoid like the plague.

Breakfast was good, room was very clean. Property felt extremely safe. Excellent neighborhood to walk around (especially towards the mountain) for wonderful restaurants and bars (but possibly too trendy for older guests). Very peaceful and relaxing lodging.

I wish there was a way to enter the hotel without disturbing the person on duty at the front desk.

Halfway enjoyable.

No cleaning services daily, it was necessary to remind the hotel people of the importance of cleaningness. First room, which was an upgrade, was loud from the street noises and vibrations from car passing an importante street next to the hotel.

Great place to stay!

It was clean, spacious room, a lot of natural light, modern, good Internet and hot shower :) The location was great full of nice restaurants and safe.

The room was quite cold and was missing night lamps, they just would add to comfort when one partner read or watch something to just not distract the other person if sleeps, especially that the general light is strong.
