Nice place, avoid the sauna

The apartment was big and luxurious, the fully equipped kitchen was nice, although left unused for our weekend trip. We arrived super early and the staff let us check in before the time, which was absolutely perfect. Would stay again if given the chance!

I wouldn't use the steam sauna, it is not cleaned properly. After using it my bathing suit smelled like a towel that had been continuously wet and warm for months. I was also disappointed that they only operated the steam sauna, as I would have liked to use the dry one. (Forgive my English)

Great place but we could not stay long enough to enjoy it.

A really great apartment. Our stay was too short. Older place but in very good condition with lots of really great features.

decent sized apartment to stay in La Paz

The staff were excellent, with everything from laundry, taxis and recommendations. The apartment was offered to be cleaned everyday. Good sized apartment

I can only recommend the Alcala Apart Hotel in La Paz but if you go there ask for a WARM room.

I enjoyed my stay in the Alcala Apart Hotel in La Paz very much. I had a very spacious apartment with bathroom, living and bedroom. The shower was good (hot) and also the Wi-Fi was of good quality. The breakfast was excellent. I had a rental car so for me it was important to have a private parking.

I was in La Paz in summer (early January) but it was really cold. There was just a small electrical heating (estufa) in my bedroom which really wasn't good enough.

Nice comfortable hotel with some old charm and some modern touches. Good hot shower and decent internet.

Some of the frills outside of the room (breakfast, the sauna) are fine but not great.

breakfast was ok

bed was extremely uncomfortable. paper thin walls, could easily hear everything in the room above us. very noisy area as well. "heating" was limited to a single radiator on wheels. Very disappointing.

Great Area. Good Price nice wifi!

- We got the big Suite and had much space - Bed was Comfortable - Wifi was very good! - Some space in the fridge - pool was more like a whirlpool. It was very old but better than nothing and we could relax 1 hour there.

- Could be cleaner - Bathroom should be in a better shape - seems like the big room doesn’t get rented that often. - Pool should have better air around the room maybe find a way to push in fresh air.

Relaxed in La Paz.

The neighborhood Was pretty and felt safe. The room was large with frig, kettle and dishes. Good TV and wi-fi and breakfast. Close to Mi-Teleferico transport.

The sauna didn't work and pool was cold and very small.

Nothing. Breakfast was awesome. Workers where good and helful,.. we loved to stay there. We enjoy every moments.

Not enough towels and toilet paper for 3 people. Irregular cleaning hours. also not enough cutlery, cups and plates.

Mixed feelings

This is a hotel right in the middle of all amenities. Next door is restaurant/ s. The apartment i booked was huge with almost everything. I was solo, so it was a bit huge for me. La Paz is cold so the apartment was cold. They gave me a heater in the bedroom that was ok.

The breakfast staff does not speak English so to avoid interaction she does not smile nor try to engage. The breakfast room is COLD very uncomfortable. Breakfast was just ok. They surely can improvise.
