property was fantastic but our holiday was spoilt by constant rainy weather which meant we couldn’t swim or explore very

Exceptional

The apartment is in a great location, right in the centre of Bol, with a fabulous sea view from the balcony. Inside is spotless, with all the amenities you'd need for a home away from home. And a lovely welcoming bottle of local wine! I'll definitely be happy to stay again on my next visit!

Beautiful location and nice apartment

Excellent location. Few meters in front of beautiful blue sea. Public parking very close. Kind and welcoming host. Nice and clean 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment with 2 separate bathrooms. We will visit again.

Bol was one of our favorite parts of a two-week trip to Croatia. This apartment was a great base.

Bol is a lovely little seaside village. The apartment was a 2 minute walk to the harbor with terrific restaurants as well as a pretty walk to the Ziatni Rat beach, famous in the Adriatic. This small, affordable apartment has a fabulous view from its seaside balcony. The owner was welcoming and we knew she was always available if we needed her.

The location, a short walk from the ferry, and its front line view of the sea made it a wow. The flat was spotless and the host was obviously concerned that we had a great stay. The balcony is the highlight of the facility and we spent many happy hours there. Having a kitchenette and a grocery store within walking distance made it a superb choice.

I wouldn't classify these comments quite as "didn't like" but more of things to be aware of. There are stairs involved in the walk to the flat. Not a lot but a heavy suitcase would be work. The shower curtain made it difficult not to get a fair amount of water on the floor but it has good flooring and it wasn't slippery. The balcony has a privacy divider. We were lucky the neighbor wasn't loud and obnoxious. If you really need privacy this would be something to think about.

beautiful stay in Bol

the property had everything we needed. with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. it was immaculately clean. very easy to find off the ferry literally 2 minutes walk. host was very helpful

nothing at all. apart from the rain but there’s nothing anyone can do about that. it’s a beautiful place to stay.

Most wonderful stay. Very elegant apartment with all amenities and the most gorgeous terrace ever.

Actually everything was perfect. Comfortable and spacious apartment, everything new; stylish, but not too modern. Elegant and an incredible view. Best choice ever!

The location is absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing! It is quiet, everything you need is close to the appartment. We even were offered a bottle of local wine when we arrive, and it was really good! We had a perfect stay, we recommend House Racic 100% ! Thank you so much :)

Fabulous place!

This apartment is absolutely perfect. Super clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect — steps away from the busy center of the town but also quiet. 2 min walk from the ferry dock. The best feature is the huge balcony with a large table, chairs and loungers which is right over the sea. Perfect for sunbathing and enjoying a meal. The hosts were lovely and responsive. Thank you !!!

We definitely recommend this apartment! Everything was perfect! The apartment itself is very clean, equipped with everything you may need. The location is very good: close to the city center with cafes and shops, available parking and of course beaches are nearby. The owner was very helpful and friendly! Absolutely LOVED the view from the apartment. Apartment was clean and host was very friendly. Loved the addition of the washing machine!

Apartment is located 10min walk away from carpark with free parking but extremely near to the restaurants - that's the compromise!
