The property itself is very nice.
There was absolutely zero staff present at the hotel. Checkout at 8:30 a.m. consisted of me leaving my key card and getting an email with a bank transfer information after I left. Terrible customer service.

The property was in an excellent location, on a main road, with grocery stores, cafes & bakeries within walking distance. The room was a decent size & clean & tidy. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was also really nice, at an extra cost.
The pillows were feather pillows so flattened down to practically nothing when slept on, which made it less comfortable. The bed was also 2 separate mattresses pushed together so there was a bump in the middle of the bed & made it impossible to snuggle together at night. The rooms are not well sound proofed so if your neighbours are up, you will be too.

Very clean, perfect bedrooms and breakfast was the best I had in years.

Cozy but spacious room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice location outside of Nuremberg (but easy to get to city centre by metro.

Breakfast was excellent, location was good. On site parking was limited, but free, off site parking one block away was a good alternative.
My partner and I (and our dog) are not high maintenance travelers, so we were fully satisfied with these accommodations. Note the hotel is in a suburban village 30 mins from Nuremberg.

Everything about this place was exceptional - the breakfast was the highlight - it was sensational - everything so delicious, beautifully presented, very appetising and tasted fantastic.
Loved the attention to use of organic produce, sustainability, avoidance of unnecessary packaging yet still doing great on avoiding cross contaminations (lots of food came in tiny kilner jar type bowls and this avoids food waste as well as contamination by multiple users like big bowls would plus avoids waste as they are refilled and reused. We loved it !!!! Can't beat the love and attention to that!!!!
Also the room was amazing and so clean, so beautifully decorated and laid out - plenty of space for us and one teenage kid plus balcony for sitting on in the evening.
Hotel is close enough to walk to restaurants etc. in the evening and the little town is super lovely. We will definitely return!!! LOVED everything, many thanks to the whole team.
We booked onsite parking and that did not work out, but it was easy enough to park somewhere nearby in the end.

The room was fantastic, large and light, with several services like kitchen and table. Good position. Gentle and nice staff.

Clean rooms and helpful people
Very noisy rooms linking to the main road, the church bell rings every hour even at night and sometimes more than once every hour. There was no iron in the room and in 30degree summer a fan would be nice to have.

clean and quit, ( had a room towards the Church) was only there one night, but really nice place.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are well
designed and there are some
nice touches like a bed for our pup. Breakfast is tasty and well priced and staff are friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is stunning- if you have a dog or just fancy a walk, there is a huge nature conservation area just across the road.
No restaurant but there are tables to eat takeaways/ have drinks. We got there late so there were no parking spaces left which was difficult with a car full of belongings. Our room was very bright so it was difficult to sleep as there are no blinds in the bathroom and the bathroom door is translucent.

The hotel is very beautiful, it is in an old building, but beautifully renovated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a courtyard/garden with tables and benches where it is possible to have dinner. The staff were super friendly. Bonus: all the products are eco-friendly!
There is really nothing that I can put in this box, everything was to a very high standard.

Hotel was great. Stylish, comfortable & very friendly
Next to a busy street
2.5
Great breakfast and very friendly staff.
These comments are about the Double Zimmer, the other rooms may not have the same shortcomings. First of all this particular room was situated at the main road which has a lot of traffic so it was loud, starting from 5:30 a.m. to 11 pm. Second the room was very small and the cleaning standards were poor (spiders and nets under the bed-side tables). Therefore the price/quality ratio was very poor.
4.2
Clean tidy very spacious and modern
Wasnt fond of the breakfast wasnt to my taste
