Great location across from the beach. Nice facilities that were clean and comfortable.
Maybe a few small things like a new sponge for next guests, rather than worn out, old sponge. A bit more detergent as it was almost an empty container. Make sure coffee cups are clean as they needed a good scrubbing.

The cleanliness & size of the unit was excellent. The location is perfect for a stay in Port Macquarie, a short walk to shops, cafes and the beach.
The gardens are beautifully kept too- perfect for a family stay.
No heaters in the bedrooms, got a little cold.

The units were roomy and well maintained
Owing to booking.com information sheet I understood that the spa units were all ground floor
But, our unit was on the 2nd floor with no lifts! And because of our arranged late check in, no-one was at reception to query it with, and Sunday reception is closed and manager was out of town. For a normal guest this would not be a problem, but I walk with the aid of a stick, and suffer from emphysema which made just getting to the room almost impossible, let alone moving luggage. I intend to return for more stays, but will deal with the resort when booking.

Just reasonably priced apartments. Perfect for a young family holiday.

Lovely spacious and modern apartment in lush garden grounds. Comfortable beds, lovely lounge area, decent kitchen, washer and dryer.
Shower head could do with an upgrade. We also would have benefited from some extra blankets.

The complex was well located and rooms were comfortable and well equipped.
Cleaning of rooms could be improved with previous guest belongings found under the couch. Apartment could do with some maintenance to fix minor damage. Finally, if photo’s show the tennis court, then it is reasonable for visitors to expect to be able to use the tennis court free of charge. The tennis court hire is not cheap.

The grounds of the resort were great - pools, gardens were beautiful. Location was perfect - across from the beach with some lovely cafe's nearby
For some reason we were put in the apartment for people with disabilities. It was dark and towards the back of the property. The biggest issue was the bathroom, as it was designed for wheelchair access there was no shower screen. Every time we had a shower, the bathroom flooded and the tiles became slippery. I had to mop up the excess water with towels after each shower.

Facilities
the apartment was noisy. like a boiling kettle sound coming from the wall near the doorway (hot water heater space?) 24/7

This is our second stay at Flynns Beach Resort and probably not the last. It's a great location between the centre of Port and Lighthouse Beach. Clean large unit, great for family. There are lots of stairs which I don't mind as it's a good excuse to eat ice cream.

Apartment was very spacious. Great kitchen.
Could do with some new carpet.

The meandering rainforest threaded throughout the resort was a beautiful backdrop for relaxation.
located close to the beach and coffee shops, we were kept busy and could have stayed much longer.
The only thing that would have made the stay better is if the restaurant was open for coffee and breaky in the morning.

it has all we needed for our holidays
the pool was a bit cold and one of the pools did not heat
