Отличный персонал,завтрак разнообразный и вкусный, на завтраке играют на музыкальных инструментах, как будто ты в дорого

И снова здравствуйте :)

Отличный отель и сервис, останавливаемся не в первый раз. Радуют завтраки с местными продуктами (сухофрукты, халва) и сезонными ягодами и фруктами.

В этот раз бассейн был на ремонте, к сожалению, хотелось бы, чтобы была возможность хотя бы позагорать в таком случае на территории, так как закрытого бассейна и балконов/террас в отеле нет. Но это временное явление, оценку за это не снижаю 👌

Удобный отель для остановки в Ташкенте

Достаточно удобное расположение отеля, отличный завтрак, прекрасный персонал.

Достаточно высокая цена! Вообще в Ташкенте (да и в целом в Узбекистане) цена отелей явно завышена и не всегда соответствует качеству.

Great rooms and hospitality, superb location but poor room air conditioning.

1. The room was great 2. Breakfast spread was superb. 3. The staff were friendly and efficient 4. The hotel is superbly locate - walking distance to the Minor Mosque, the superbly landscaped museum of victims of political repression, Beshquozon Pilaf Center and the Tashkent TV Tower. The Bodomzur Metro Station is close by. 4. Food at the coffee shop was very good, with decent vegetarian options.

The only thing we did not like is that the Air conditioning was ineffective. It had not yet been set to summer time temperatures and effectively we spent 3 nights with very poor sleep.

The number of beds is not as described on booking, every where 3 beds means 3 beds but her 3 beds equal 1 king and 1 sofa bed Sofabed is very uncomfortable The hotel has no Air condition , Yes No AC and it gets hotter at night, so no good sleep Over priced you can get better options with the same price Toilet has no bidet

Местоположение нормальное.

Персонал ужасный, не профессиональный, пытались включить мне в счёт чей-то ужин, в комнате шумит система вентиляции так, что спать не возможно, тапочек в номере нет, унитаз расположен слишком высоко пользоваться не удобно, меня добило то, что при выселении с меня потребовали оплатит за завтрак настаивали оплатить наличными хотя завтрак был включён в моё бронирование. Персонал очень грубый, особенно девушка в вечернюю смену. Такого ужасного отношения я в Ташкенте не встречал.

Convenient, reasonably priced, friendly hotel!

The breakfast was really great. Large selection and everything was very nice indeed (eg croissants nice and flaky on the outside, soft on the inside). Location was also great with lots of food and drink options closely.

I had a bit of trouble with the hot water in the shower although given how hot it was outside that was not really a problem.

A little bit expensive for Tashkent, but You pay for very good service.

Very comfort location, metro and bus station in less than 5 min. walk. Super helpful staff, excellent service. Good breakfast with various dishes. Comfortable room, cozy bed.

No shelfs in wardrobes. A/C doesn't wort in cooling mode.

The air conditioning system not existed in the room.

The hotel team cannot be a "splendid foreigner", they absolutely do not try or compensate for the situation!

Very helpful staffs and excellent service, great location, quite nice breakfast with a live music payed.

Rooms are a bit old, but still comfortable. I was told they have started renovating rooms. Plus, they had nicer bath kits (shampoo, conditioner etc) during my May 2022 stay. Would be lovely to have them back.

Nice accommodation in Tashkent

The property is quite good. Maybe location is a little bit far from the city centre… but for me it was not a case. there is a swimming pool in the hotel. Room is very comfortable and you can find everything what you need. Internet connection is quiet stable. Breakfast is great. You can even choose special food like almond milk or gluten-free food. Staff is very helpful and kind.
