Very good

Sea View Apartments in the quit part of Okrug. The way to Trogir fast only by car. The Labadusa-Beach is close to it and swimming is also in front of the apartments possible. Clean rooms and friendly owner.

excellent

Excellent communication with both hosts. Perfect sea view. Good distance to Trogir. A number of beaches close to the apartment (although almost all of them on kind of concrete slabs (not a problem for swimming, but need to get used to it)

The road to the apartament is pretty steepy, but luckily the traffic was rather low (even in the pick season). Noise from the bars on the opposite side of the gulf (really loud music with speakers set front to the sea :/)

Superb

Very nice, quiet place in Okrug. Cosy and comfortable rooms with big tarrace and beautiful view. Air condition and mosquito repellent included. Good equipment in appartment. we recommend that place :) thank you Tomislav

Very good

Location was excellent. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and allowed for early check in and late check out which was very appreciated. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we were a close walk to swimming area. Free on site parking was also great.

Towels were very low quality, felt like they were scratching my skin. Same for the bed sheets. Bed was also not very comfortable, i had back pain the next day. For the beautiful scenery, i would have paid much more for this property for some upgrades in this area.

The host is very responsive, he always replied in under 20 minutes and his mother (who is welcoming the guests) speaks fluent German and is a very kind, polite lady. The apartment was really clean and we very much enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The "private" beaches are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There is a restaurant at the sea (Marinero Pizzeria) about 5 minutes from the apartment - their pizza is excellent.

Exceptional

Absolutely great accommodation with great sea view. Very close to the sea, where you can find your place where to lay down - good access to the sea due to small stones - suitable also for children. Great, warm and helpful owners who take care of the apartments, so it is nice and clean. Enough place where to park.

Superb

The apartment was perfectly clean when we arrived. It is very well equipped, we didn’t miss anything in the kitchen, the fridge is huge, includes even a large freezer. A waching machine would’ve come handy, and also a full-lenght mirror :) the only one is in the bathroom, over the sink. I really liked the large bathroom, there are lots of rails to hang towels. I found the shower a bit small, and missed a shelf for the shower gel/shampoo. The location is great, only a two-minutes walk from the sea, the road is quite steep though. The steep road makes getting to the apartment by car a bit tricky, too. We stayed on the first floor, the view to the bay is wonderful. Ms Kelic, the owner is very kind and helpful, but pls note that she doesn’t speak English, only German. We had a lovely time and were really satisfied with the accomodation.

Wonderful sea view and quiet neighborhood

Clean and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. Nice and helpful owners. We have stayed for more than one week and there was no problem with extra towels etc. There is an outside grill. Quiet neighborhood. Five minutes to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center. All apartments have a wonderful sea view.

Perfect view, absolute relax

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hospitality and warm welcome of the owner were really exceptional. And the view from the terrace makes it possible to spend the whole holiday there ;D The beach (pebble) is very close (you only have to go down the hill, and ... then you have to come back ;D). Within a few minutes walk there are several small restaurants with good food.

Nothing. My only comment here is that this property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties - there is no elevator in the building, and the location of the building makes that getting anywhere (beach, restaurant, store) requires going up and down quite steep climbs (uphill and / or stairs). But to everyone who does not mind walking uphill, I can undoubtedly recommend this apartment.

Exceptional

Nice and clean in a lovely quiet area. Beautiful turquoise warm sea, we swam everyday, it was glorious.

Our ground floor balcony view was partly obscured by the house in front. If you don’t like walking up hills then this is not for you as there is a steep path down to the sea.
