Amazing stay

Healthy great breakfast, I stayed in a spacious room and was welcomed with a beautiful plate of fruits and biscuits. everyone was very kind. Really enjoyed my stay

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel!

Excellent, quiet hotel, with free parking. The room was clean and the bed was cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very nice breakfast. A shopping Center was close to hotel.

i will never back to this hotel due to people not due to property as nobody want to talk to you

The only good thing about this hotel is its location in the heart of the city. When you dont like staff behavior then you can go out and enjoy the market which is very close. Even Skanderbeg Square is 15 minute by walk. The hotel is good in terms of property but not in terms of people who were RUDE and indifferent

Breakfast was very average and no options were available other than standard items. All days same breakfast was served and nobody is bothered to ask for you for tea of coffe. Most of items were cold and no heating arrangement to give warm food The staff was not at all interested to greet you or make you feel welcome. They dont have orientation what you see in good hotels. They were not hos[itable and were not showing any greet or meet atitude to make guest comfortable. The hotel had nothing except room to sleep so swimming pool and other facility where not shared or available

The staff. They were making maximal efforts to make it up for the poor condition of the hotel. All staff, the waiters/waitresses, receptionists, maids. Breakfast was decent, lunch somewhat better, but far from a four-star standard.

The facility and furniture are old, and therefore difficult to maintain in terms of cleanliness. Internet connection was not strong enough to support the event, so this should be upgraded. In general, the hotel needs overall renovation and upgrade to reach the required standard.

Superb

Lovely interior decor. Warm ,comfortable room. The breakfast and the service was very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff . A beautiful shopping centre near the hotel. There was a plate with fresh fruits in my room.

A nice, cheap 4 star hotel near the central bus station

We wanted to have a nice bedroom for a one night in Tirana, near the central bus station. That is what we got. We liked that the breakfast started super ealry and we had time to eat properly and them to leave. The price is very cheap for a four stat hotel.

The pillows weren't comfortable, the sheets weren't that great and were a bit disgusting, and they had some stains on them. The mini-bar didn't have anything inside and there was no bottles of water in the room when we arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel The staff was amazing, helpful and kind, very clean and spacious room . Nice Breakfast , I liked Albanian delicious pancakes . The hotel was near to a shopping mall. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and other people

convenient and affordable

Nice cozy room spacious . Bed was big and comfortable . Bit dated maybe but I like that. Curtains blocked light well. Noisy area but hardly heard in when window shut. Aut con reasonably effective. Friendly helpful staff

Couldn't fault doro city

The hotel was spotless, its very clean. The staff were helpful and polite, the room was big, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a great choice, everything from tea, coffee plus hot and cold food options. The bar area is super modern and has as up market feel to it. All the staff spoke English. Just outside the hotel it has a shopping mall and good transport links to the airport ect. Its a truly beautiful hotel!

I'm definitely coming back!

The hotel was great! Everyone was extremely helpful and the staff was so friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms so clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and I plan on coming back and staying here next time I am in Albania!

Great hotel, amazing service!

Breakfast was very good, staff super friendly and helpful. I booked a single room, however they upgraded me to a double. The hotel was very clean, great value for what i paid with really comfortable room. Highly recommend :)
