The room was not as shown in pictures. Only two towels for a hole family that did not seem very clean. All the toys in the playground were old and some were broken. The pool was dirty.

The location is okay, but you would need a car unless you plan on staying in the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel and were told we had been moved to their sister hotel because the kitchen in this one was closed. I can only imagine the experience would have been the same in either hotel
Luckily we had a car as it was 25 mins away. They said we should have received an email but I didn't get one.
The hotel room had two single beds not one double which we had selected. There was water on the floor when we arrived from the power being off and the freezer ice melting. Staff didn't seem concerned or keen to mop up the water.
The room was very tired and had mold in most corners of the bathroom and kitchen areas. It was advertised as a 4 star hotel which perhaps it was when it was built but those days are long over.
As our stay was right at the start of the summer season it's hard to imagine the state it will be in towards the end of the season.

Location was really amazing. There was free parking, beautiful views.
Everything was quite dirty. Pools were not heated and gym was a bit old. In the winter season it is really cold there and you have to use heater which makes air in the room really dry. Apartment was a little bit smelly too. There was no hair dryer. There was a kitchen, although there was no oil, seasoning and a lot of other stuff missing. A lot of equipment was damaged in the room.

We believed the hotel was in Paphos, it was miles away up in the hills. We could not stay there. They moved us to a place near Coral Bay.

Pool was good . Breakfast was average.
I am assuming there had been a problem with the area around the pool as one side had sheets of wood instead of the tiles. The villa was also near a sewer which was leaking so couldn’t sit out because there was a horrible sewage smell. The showers were rubbish no pressure and small shower heads.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool is very nice and was not too crowded. The sea view is amazing and the Balcony was cosy. Our Apartment had two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and that was greatly appreciated.
The property is outside of Paphos and Taxi was very expensive, should be recomended to rent a car as soon as you land.
There is no sidewalks outside of property and the road is transcity, so communication without a car or a taxi is inconvenient.
The matress was very tough. Water pressure is questionabe.

EVEN THOUGH I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER, I VE BEEN TRANSFERRED TWICE TO ANOTHER HOTEL WITHOUT EVEN ASKING IF I WAS GOOD WITH IT OR IF I WANTED A REFUND. THE FIRST TIME I WAS INFORMED LAST MINUTE ABOUT BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE OTHER HOTEL. THE SECOND TIME I WAS NOT TEXTED OR PHONED OR INFORMED AT ALL SO I HAD TO DISCOVER I WAS TRANSFERRED ONCE AGAIN AT 2 IN THE MORNING AFTER TRAVELLING 12 HOURS AND CATCHING TWO FLIGHTS.
WHEN THE NEXT MORNING I MANAGED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE HOTEL MANAGER BY PHONE, I TRIED POLITELY TO ASK FOR EXPLANATIONS AND TO FIND A SOLUTION MORE SUITABLE TO MY NEEDS AND HIS ANSWER WAS “ I DON’T CARE I DON’T CARE , BYE” ENDING THE PHONE CALL SUDDENLY.
I UNDERLINE ONCE AGAIN I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND THEY LL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE UNLESS THEY WISH TO BE MISTREATED

Service from staff was very good. Always helpful.
Others than the cleaners and resort staff had keys to our apartment.
Taxis charged double due to frets of violence from asylum seekers.
No apartment safe keys.
Iron, ironing board and clothes airer damaged by previous residents.
Recommend resort replaces all locks.

nothing

whole venue was in a severe state of disrepair.
every window in apartment was unlocked ( we didn’t realise this until returning later.

For a winter stay (you do not need to be near the sea) , the apparetments are nicely located, with great view. Apparetments have nice size and balcony.
Terrible electrical network - fuses tripped at least twice. Gross mold/fungus on the whole ceiling of bathroom. The receptionists, when asked for help (electricity again), promised to come but never came.
