For a one bedroom unit, it was very spacious and the facilities were very good, I would recommend this for a longer stay.

THE STAY: We got upgraded as a surprise and without explanation. The expected room had become a vast apartment of which we used the spacious bedroom, the bathroom with private spa and sauna (we didn't find the switch until we left), the kitchen, the dining table and the big deck (balcony) with 180 degrees on the water.
ARRIVAL: Google Maps brought us to a gate and it was unclear what to do. So we drove around to the esplanade (which is the address), walked into the property with a resident who showed us the Reception, then we drove again around to the gate, this time with the remote control to get in, and into the lock-in garage.

location was great
Unit wasn’t that clean in my opinion, microwave hadn’t been cleaned for a while and more towels would have been great

The apartment had a good view and a good outdoor balcony. It was located well for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a good size and clean.
The apartment is very tired and has a particular smell that pervades it. It really needs updating with new furniture and decoration. The main shower is terrible with poor water flow. The apartment looked like it needs a good clean. There was a dirty tissue on the verandah and behind the couch. We had to keep the verandah doors closed a lot of the time because of people smoking outside which blew straight into the apartment.

Need more clean pillows as they where soiled under the pillow cases.
Not a nice experience sleeping knowing they had been soiled by others.
Need at least 2 pillows each. Also not enough cushions on the sofa.
Otherwise really nicely presented.
Everything except my above comment

location, views, privacy
rooms were not cleaned very well with the shower and sink both dirty - hair, mold etc.

Premises was nice and very clean. The view was AMAZING. Would love to return in summer to enjoy the sunset views from the back courtyard and quick/close access to the beach via a side gate.
Problem accessing property as the key was meant to be left at the property, but the couldn't access the property as it was in a secure compound. Single bed mattress was very lumpy, hard and uncomfortable.

Quiet. We'll equipped. Plenty of cupboard space
TV Remote control in bedroom didn't work properly
Property needed data and tv points in main room. Not everyone understands how a tv running through Chromecast works
