it's a below Benchmark hotel with a misleading "Suites " in the name.. An absolute disappointment and had to discontinue the stay .

overall good stay for trivandrum

The suite was good and good size room

Breakfast options less only indian options, no western options, rooms need to be clean. no late checkouts were given.

Beveraha is back to the pre-covid days, which means they have improved a lot on all fronts of customer satisfaction.

The hotel insisted on an upfront payment even though I was using this hotel for the last 6 years.

Everything is fine except the 7am to 10am rush which if avoided, will be a pleasant stay.

Food quality especially the lunch was good

The dining hall and lift etc is not equipped to take the full room capacity. From around 7am to 10am, there is no place to sit or walk anywhere near the dining hall. Also the lift is always busy during the same time. I took the steps from the 6th floor during this time.

Poorly managed below average hotel

Breakfast was below average stuffs, the male staffs at the breakfast were with poor manners to all customers

Cleanliness was not there, smelly rooms, adjacent room painting was going on and the smell of paint was making suffocating. In the cool bar, the refrigerator was not working. Food was average. Restaurant cleanliness was not okay.

Spacious suite room

Suite was good with 2 spacious rooms. Excellent for family with kids... Lunch buffet was ok ok...Room services was fast and portions were good....staff was responsive and supported well.

Some decor is outdated, but kept acceptable.

I like the room which is with a good sitting area. I booked a suit but it doesn't fit my expectations. The restaurant is superb. Food is v good. Restaurant staffs were v good and caring. The little girl was v sincere and very soft spoken. She's v innocent and very kind hearted.

The reception staff was not so welcoming. The toilet floor was wet after the shower because there was no drain out side the shower area. The extra bet was terrible.

Perfect stay for Trivandrum

The hotel was very clean. Room was very clean and safe from any other difficulties.

The breakfast was good. But there was no enough staff to clean the tables or provide proper service to the guests. Being a Keralite I am happy with that but I was really upset while my neighboring table was asking for something and your staff couldn't answer that. The items were very nice.

Vinay contacted me on whatsapp well in advance asking after our checkin and other related details. Vinay was also gracious enough to give us an upgrade. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Trivandrum.

Poor Clealiness

1. The location was very good, right in the centre of the city. 2. There was ample space for car parking. 3. The staff was gentle/polite.

1. The room was very shabby and unhygienic. The bed-sheets were stained at check-in. When we asked the staff to replace them, they were reluctant and we had to argue to eventually make them change it. 2. The bathroom had a bad stench at the time of check-in due to some broken sewage pipe issue. The hotel staff eventually fixed it but this was something that is not expected from any reasonable hotel. 3. The bathroom towels/linen was not clean and instead of whites, they had turned grey due to poor hygiene. 4. The bathroom tiles, bathroom fixtures, bedroom walls had dirt stains, as if noone ever bothered to clean it properly. 5. The TV did not have any channels as the satellite box was not working. We did not bother asking anyone to fix it. 6. In times of coronavirus, when we should be extra-clean & sanitise properly, such such of basic cleanliness is worrisome.
