Bad

Very bad, in car park and under renovation. Someone walked into my room and the room had toilet paper on the lock. The toilet is shared in a communal house.

Everything, I left after 2 hours.

Once and never again!

It is relatively easy to find and has parking for guests. The room had a small fridge and aircon.

I do not expect cheap place in the middle of season but even less expect so cheap looking place. There is no reception so if you have no phone, it remains to go around hoping to meet someone, using car horn, etc. The room was quite shabby and quite dirty. No door at the bathroom, which was small with some garbage left inside and someone's hair brush in the waste bin. Almost impossible to open window, which one has to do in order to raise/down the blinds. It all resembled a bit to a prison unit. Fridge inside worked but fridge doors were hard to open. Only one plug for charging. The bed, although relatively OK, was a bit on the short side. Wi-fi worked well outside but in my room there was no signal. I took a video of the room for those not believing me.

Price extremely high for the quality offered.

Only good thing was that it was close to main beaches.

The property looks like is abandoned. The status of the house is very poor and not very clean. The toilet was smelling extremely bad. The light was coming from a window in the morning that was badly covered.

Good location for Super U grocery shopping and access to Croix Valmer. Garden was quiet and spacious, but needed attention. Lots of free parking on site.

The accomodation was of hostel level. Our room was without natural light, the mattress could do with replacing, not particularly clean and without charm. The outside area/garden could have been lovely, but was untended with a very dirty bbq area. No hot water. No internet in the room despite description saying it was available throughout.

Very dirty and disappointing!

There was nothing good about this house, we were very disappointed! Never again! Especially during Covid the house should be clean before guests arrive!

Especially now during Covid every host should clean their house and rooms for new guests. This house was dirty, the kitchen was very dirty and we couldn't lock the doors. The last two days electricity went down! Over all very disappointed!

Great and to be recommended

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The receptionist Darius was always very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and equipped with everything needed (I didn’t really miss the TV). The supermarket right and the bus stop right next door also adds to the advantages of this place. For budget travellers, it’s a perfect match!!!

Nothing, I was fully satisfied.

Good location,parking prive gratuit,barbecue and nature.

The location super. Parking private and gratuit. U shop just at the corner. The barbecue ,the little lake with beautiful fishes. The plage La Croix Valmer à short distance with the car ,golden sands,clear water,many bars ,restaurants and pizza emporter.

The supermarket right next door and awesome food truck near by. The room had everything I needed and clean plus the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very kind.

The wifi didn't work and no reception in room.

Worst hotel of my entire life.

The employee Darius, very sweet person.

One of the employees has thrown a stone on my car. No wifi and 4g doesnt work there. Worst pillow ever. Cockroaches in the room. Very very noisy.

Pretty and comfortable

The owner is a very nice person, helped us with our bicycles. The rooms are very pretty and clean, with a very unique design.

A nightmare! Impossible to get the address from the manager, he told ‘It is easy on Google map’ but I had no internet, so after one hour of high stress, he came to me & show me the way, never lived it, horrible, then old materas = bad night
