Bon petit déjeuner. Cadre agréable et calme absolu. Chambre spacieuse et belle salle de bain. Endroit intemporel.

Everything proposed in this location is stunning. everyone there was very kind the team is awesome and Lady Hayat made our vacation very memorable such a caring woman.
the person whose came for the pool only and take there place near to our room

Beautiful property, very cool old style palace.
Room had an awful smell of mold. I complained a couple of times but nothing was done.
The room was also right outside the pool area and they had 2 dinning tables right outside our room - so if the curtains were not closed (blocking all the light) we had zero privacy.
There were not enough lounge chairs by the pool, so not a lot of space to sit in the sun.
The hotel restaurant is really not matching the level of the hotel. Limited menu, average food and very expensive for what you get.
Lastly, the property is away from the medina, restaurants etc. Take into account 20 euros each way every time you leave the hotel.

Good breakfast
The decoration of the room, rooms around the pool not practical.

Le Palais Rhoul is a charming boutique Hotel. The building has got so many memories that make it a place for travellers with attention to details.
We felt like part of a community with the guests staying in the few suites surrounding the pool. And if more was needed, staff makes you feel like at home
The food on a final note is really excellent and exceeds, I am pretty sure, a lot of the high end Hotel venues offering in turn standard continental breakfasts, classic lunches and diners (notwithstanding a great quality I am sure)
Nothing disappointed us really but for travellers that are putting their habits (and a lot of money) in their suitcase for travel, this might not be the place.
We valued our tranquility, the spacious gardens and old trees planted in it, might the area outside the hotel walls not be the most glamorous one (Still 10/15' only from city center).
The amenities like bathroom could have better fittings but what about the century old building you are staying in and all paintings around you? Indeed there could be a few cracks in the walls consequently... We call it authenticity.
The fitness could be modernized yes if you are looking for a minus.

Pool area was nice
Rooms were very outdated and dark with a weird energy. Not much else to do on property besides the pool

Exceptional hotel. One of a kind. Beautiful architecture and art work. Excellent spa treatments. Stunning grounds. Honestly heavenly. Might not be everyone's cup of tea if you like super flashy/brand new fittings/minimalist decoration.. but if you like old school style it's excellent.

Amazing property, intimate hotel setting and amazing tent room which really made a unique experience.
Difficult to identify areas we didn’t like, the staff went over and above board to accommodate what we needed. Nothing was too large/small.

Everything looks amazing. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place and we were treated like kings. We even had candelights in our suite for our wedding anniversary. Very Romantic.
Very good spa too
I think it is a slightly overpriced in comparison to other luxury hotels, which often, offer more services. For exemple, the menu in the restaurant, the type of breakfasts and even the type of suites. However, it is undeniable that this place is gorgeous and typically Moroccan.

-Food at the restaurant was amazing!

Very nice breakfast. Large rooms with high ceilings (at least 4 mtrs) decorated with photos, books and african art pieces. It feels like staying at the palace of a Sultan (and I've been in many, many 5 stars hotels before)
The speed of service is slow. Take a deep breath and remember that there's no need to rush things. They don't that at the Palais Rhould and Spa (and they don't rush in other places in Marrakech), but they are very serviceminded which is the key thing. Note also that the Palais is not close to the city centre so it's very quiet and relaxing. You need to order a transport to go to Marrakech center which is a 10-15 minutes drive (and on the house!)
