Exceptional

The 1-bedroom apartment has two queen beds, full kitchen, can comfortably sleep four. Parking is free in the cafe lot. The location is great, right on the canal, in the middle of the houses. You should stay a night in Giethoorn because of the morning and evening peace and quiet after day trippers are gone. The canal turns into mirror and you get beautiful pics w perfect reflections. This is not possible during the day w tourist boats.

Good location, Bad Accomodation

Only the location !

No furniture like closets to hang your clothes!! Only nails on the walls! Very bad bed sheets and pillows. No lamp tables near the bed .no washing machine. Finally there is no Internet in the property we use the net from next door restaurant.

Central location in touristic Giethoorn, however still quiet in the evenings! spacious apartment and very friendly host. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

Great location, very comfortable, 2 toilets, a little kitchen with everything you need. A breakfast with fresh orange juice was prepared for us in the morning.

it's a very cozy and well located homestay. It is decorated like a galerie where the hosts can hang their own paintings. Everything we needed was there, it was completely comfortable. My kids really love the built-in beds. And the host also prepared a “hearty” and healthy breakfast for us. Highly recommend this homestay!

if the dislikes I mentioned don’t bother you, it’s worth staying

in the middle of the village. convenient. breakfast is good.

not very clean. can’t get extra coffee if stay more than one day. the owners live in the same house. there’s a door locked from their side to separate the two living areas. but she will open the door without knocking. extremely poor wifi. can’t go through the backyard and have to take a detour to get out because it’s the neighbor’s equity.

Great Location, Amazing Hosts, Comfortable Stay

This property is as central as it can get. Provides easy access to all the nice restaurants and boat rentals. The rooms were comfortable and easily accessible. The breakfast was well organized and the hosts were extremely warm and friendly.

Excellent stay in the old town of Giethoorn

Location was excellent, right in the center, restaurants nearby. We didn't book a breakfast beforehand, even at 21.00 in the evening it was still possible to book for the next morning. A bonus, renting a boat and a must do, the picture posing as an old dutch family, is also done on site. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Nice and Relaxing time!

We have been staying there for 2 nights, looking for some quiet time and we were served. Marianne has been taken care of everything for us before to arrive with our 11 months old baby (baby bed, high chair end even a baby toy) and was very responsive when needed, also leaving us our privacy!

The Wi-Fi was not the best on the mobiles (but somehow worked perfectly on the laptop).

Nice decent stay! Amazing location!!

Amazing location.. just walk out of the apartment, everything in Giethoorn is right there!

Although property is right on the water, there was no view or access to the water. We were expecting atleast a view of the canal from the patio.

Superb location, Very friendly hosts. Landlady woke up early to prepare breakfast for us on Sunday. They have a photo studio were you can dress up like dutch farmers.
