Great wellness (4 saunas), Skiing and hiking trails nearby, nice breakfast.
The rooms were not clean enough for me. Good to know, that the saunas were available in a 2 hour period before dinnertime.

We were in the ~70m2 family apartman (2 adults two chikdrens). The rooms (2 sleeping room beside the living room) were very comfortable and equiped newly. The spaces are comfortable and cozld be perfect fpr 4-6persons too. The owner is very kind and helpfull. We had delicious dinners in the eveming in the restaurant located in the building. Kitchen amd living room helps to spend time like at home. The best was the comfortable beds, where had perfect sleep.
Ther is no negative, acomodation is highly recommended.

Nice breakfast, dinner and the location was beautiful. Clean and nice room. The kids liked the playground and could play while parentes were eating or waiting for food.
We only choosed this hotel because of the view. To our great disappointment when arrivel it was an construction site. The scaffolding dragged down the experience and the construction workers woke us up 06:45 in the morning by throwing material on the scaffolding. If we knew there would be on going construction we would not have booked this hotel.

It was a quick transitional one night stay for us. Didn’t have the chance to explore the area. Host was great with providing shelter to park our motorcycles. Food very good on site.
All good.

Friendly host and staff. Hearty and delicious 3-course dinner. Big and confortable room. Very good sauna.
It was a little hard to go into the toilet. Slightly noisy fans in the toilet and shower.

- [ ] Wifi doesn’t work upstairs in the rooms. When I asked the owner he said he knew it and that the router should be broken…
- [ ] I asked if wellness was working. Owner said yes. We booked one hour for us, we got there steam room was not working at all and some other sauna rooms were off and we had to wait for them to warm up. We asked about the steamroom being closed and he said it was because of covid. I asked then why there’s no information anywhere neither we were told about it and he started again talking about covid.
- [ ] I asked for the clothes to go to the wellness. They gave us only one rope to each other…. No towels. At the end of our time in spa we noticed at the exit a wardrope and some shelves full of towels.
- [ ] Breakfast buffet with very limited choices
- [ ] Dinner hours is announced at the door from 17:30 to 20:30. We tried to book a table for 20:00 and the Owner said it was not possible…
- [ ] The Hotel rooms and corridors upstairs smells fried food badly
- [ ] The owner forgot to bring 2 beers we have ordered, then we asked him again and he started shouting saying we didn’t order them. My partner was trying to explain him the order she made and the owner started shouting at my partner “Stop, stop, stop!!
- [ ] At breakfast there was no cheese slices in the buffet so my partner asked one of the waitress if she could bring more and she waited in the buffet area. Few minutes later the owner came with the cheese to our table and I told him that my partner was waiting in the buffet area so that he could let her know on his way back to the kitchen that the cheese was on the table and the owner answered me “she is your wife, not mine”. Rudeness at its pure stage.
- in room 16 the shower cabinet doesn’t retain the water due to poor design and construction, then there’s water everywhere.
- the hotel is dog friendly and I am okay with that but the corridor carpet upstairs was disgusting full of dog hair almost always.
