Lovely stay, but could be better

The rooms were a nice size and clean. The staff at reception were lovely. The animation in the evening were generally entertaining. The location of the hotel is awful but thankfully you can get buses into the centre or to other towns fairly easily. It was good value for what we paid for.

The pool is quite small for the amount of people who stay at the hotel. The staff at the water park always seem annoyed when you ask them a question. There are not enough rings at the water park which makes things very underwhelming. The food at the restaurant is not the most exciting and is very repetitive.

У нас був номер з боковим видом на море - тихо, номер виходив на задній двір. Номер на другому поверсі, комарів не було, нічим не воняло в номері) Номер чистий, охайний, з маленьким холодильником та сейфом, без шкафів, але з достатньою кількістю вішалок. Рушники змінювали щодня. До моря (на пляжі галька) приблизно 500 м. Готель не знаходиться прямо в туристичній зоні та на березі моря, проте у нас буда машина напрокат, і ми не відчули якогось дискомфорту з цього приводу (якщо є можливість, бронюйте авто, і буде вам щастя, бо подивитись є що). В 5 хвилинах на машині від готелю, знаходиться туристична зона з сувенірними лавками та ресторанами, а в 10 км неймовірна бухта Святого Павла (райське місце - обовʼязково відвідайте!!!!) Поряд з бухтою знаходиться місто Ліндос з біленькими будиночками та вузенькими вуличками- лабіринтами - це суцільний грецький базар! Парковки в цьому районі платні - 7 євро на цілий день. Тут же знаходиться Акрополь, але ми не були там, бо дуже жарко і високо підніматись ( з дітьми не захотіли) На території готелю є Аквапарк з трьома великими горками, та маленькими для найменших. Також великий басейн, де глубина від 1,10м до 1,40, а також басейн поменше з невеличкою горкою для діток. Щодо їжі - достатньо різноманітний вибір страв - овочі, салати, птиця, риба, мʼясо. Напої занадто газовані. А алкогольні коктейлі не дуже алкогольні, так що дуже спʼяніти вам не дадуть) обслуговування в ресторані дуже приємне - завжди вітають вас на вході та проводять до столику! Взагалі персонал дуже привітний!

Хотілося б більшого різноманіття саме в морепродуктах та рибі, бо це ж острів серед двох морів! Інколи ввечері, або з самого ранку на території неймовірно тхнуло вигрібною ямою(((

Definitely not a 4 star hotel and wouldn’t stay here again but I have stayed in worse.

Decent food, reasonably priced shop on site, minutes from Lardos Village Square.

Plumbing in our room was poor, therefore toilet was continuously blocked. Ant infestation in toilet. Smell of drainage through the rooms. Dirty marks on toilet walls 💩 Lazy river wall was thick green dirt. No drawers for storage, lived out of our cases. Small wardrobe area but no coat hangers, had to request these from reception. Had to request extra pillow as 1 wasn’t enough. Not enough to do for adults at night time. Cocktails cheap unbranded alcohol served in plastic cups. Only 1 snack area that served pizza only, restricted to 11-5pm each day.

Very good

Interesting resort, a very big free parking inside (curiously not indicated in the description), good position to visit all the Rodi Island. Very nice free water park (although the nicest games are only for child tall at least 1.2m). Some little bad detail (important if you are looking a luxury hotel, less if you are looking a comfortable and practical solution), but a good location for the price. Some rooms have very nice see, but not all, depends from the block and the floor. Good breakfast. The staff is kind and very well trained

the lack of a lift; for the first floor room with a heavy baggage is a problem

NEVER AGAIN

Almost nothing. Never again.

It's not the same as in Photos. Room service was useless. Room especially bathroom was dirty. I was in too many hotels all over Europe The hotel in general is not a 4 stars hotel. Maybe 2 or 3 max. Doesn't worth the money. The reception was very mean and helpless. The personal in the restaurant are very friendly. But the food was so delicious and almost the same every day. Lifeguards total unfriendly. Bathroom was very small and never been cleaned until we went up to the reception 3 or 4 times. The sink was plugged, they didn't bothered themselves to fix it before 2 days.

extremely friendly staff, 5 min walk to the beach, they cleaned every day, very tasty food, very kids friendly , extremely delicious pizza from 10 am to 5 pm, pool for adults, pool with slide and small water for smaller children with an adult pool next to it. Drink at discretion. Super fun Aqua Park, we liked it the most. In this way, we want to especially thank Eva (I hope I remembered the name correctly) from the reception for helping us to change the room, Konstantinos the head of the hall for always being kind, professional and positive, and the children loved Molly . In short, a great location with everything you need at an excellent price, we paid 1,100 for 2 adults and two small children at the beginning of June for a week and you have absolutely everything. You can very well go until the end of October. We will come back with love. Thank you

Pleasant

Staff were lovely. Special mention to Flora the receptionist, she was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Given one wrong room initially, but this was sorted the next day. We went at the beginning of the season four adults and two children, all inclusive, food and entertainment were limited, but this improved throughout our stay as the hotel got busier. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but me and my husband love walking so we found some little gems on our travels, including a little village called Lardos, which was about a 25 minute walk away. The grandchildren loved the pool and waterpark, but the waterpark wasn't always open.

We had no water in the hotel for nearly 2 days and were only given 2 small bottles in our room. We had to buy the rest. The hotel booked us a trip to Turkey with Pellos travel and on the return journey they left us stranded at the port with 2 children. After lots of stress and many phone calls, someone collected us over 2 hours late. We had been forgotten! It was my daughter in law's 30th birthday and our evening surprise plans for her were ruined because of this. Not directly the hotels fault, but hopefully they won't be using Pellos Travel again.

Lovely staff and clean

Staff on reception welcomed us very nicely. Kristinka on reception was always very friendly and helpful. our room was always lovely and clean. Our cleaner Magda did amazing job and Victoria. Lady called Vaseline was very lovely and helpful as well. Service around kids pool was lovely too , Anastasia was always helpful and smiling. Food in restaurants was very tasty and staff very helpful. Alexandra was lovely and always very kind in restaurant Gentlemen called Kostas was every day very friendly with us and our little boy loved him. Is very handy that there was a shop as well. lady in there was very kind. Generally lovely stay, clean and very spacious room and all staff been just very helpful all the time.

Our 4 year old boy was disappointed. He wasn’t allowed on the big water slides because his height wasn’t 120cm. Even with adults he wasn’t allowed to go.

Exceptional

Don't expect a big unpersonal hotel. This is a small boutique hotel. Staff was very pleasant and all the time helpful. You can use jacuzzi free of charge which is a good highlight after exploring Valletta. Breakfast is simple and you can find a bit of everything there. We have enjoyed every second here.

a charming hotel

My friend and I came to this hotel to spend a few days in Rhodes and luckily we found a hotel full of friendly and helpful employees, especially Giovanna and George who worked at the hotel reception. the hotel gave off a very good energy and we loved that, we are sure that if we visit Rhodes again in the future we will stay at this hotel again

Where do I start with this wonderful hotel from the staff to the management all very welcoming ,Olive Garden is a beautiful place to relax with family and friends and my room was so lovely and clean, the environment was kept clean and also with a lovely water park for adults and kids with two bars and two big pool and the food was so good that I had to go for a second time 😊,my cousin is planning for his wedding next summer and Olive Garden Hotel is where all of us will be staying for sure..

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff is always welcoming and so friendly. The water park is amazing. I liked very much the animation program which is running during all day. I stayed for 1 day there, but I really enjoyed it. The food is amazing, and everyone can find something they like. I will definitely be back. See you soon! Can't imagine the better place to stay in Rhodes Island.

The slides area was nice for the children. The bad thing was that if you came 10 minutes after 10:00 when they open the door to this area, you no longer find sunbeds and umbrellas. The place is very quiet once the minidisco and activities finish.

- in parts of the building it smells bad (like sewage) - the room was dated and all over the walls there were mosquitoes dead marks - air conditioner had 3cm of dust inside the fans and in the last day it stopped working - shower water did not drain properly, we had water always in all the bathroom - many many mosquitoes outside and no insects net - the handler from the shower was broken and had rust all over it - they only clean the rooms every 2nd day… so not really clean I would say And all this was in the ‚better room‘ that they gave us after 2 nights of nightmare.
