La amabilidad del personal, su disponibilidad para ayudar y servir, sobre todo en recepción y el chico que nos ayudó con las maletas. El cóctel estuvo muy bueno. Las cobijas.
Si La habitación tuviera chimenea sería más acogedora y caliente. El desayuno estuvo muy simple, no estaban listos los huevos, ni el pan… las personas que sirvieron el desayuno no fueron amables. No hay muchas cosas por hacer en la hostería… falta música en el comedor. Es muy frío. Nunca nos dieron la opción de habitación alta para tener mejor vista.

The wifi was very poor and there were cob webs in my shower.

Incredible views, exceptionally friendly staff and Ivan the owner set the standard for guest service.
The trade off for the views is the +/- 15 minute drive up/down the mountain, but a small price to pay.

This older equestrian lodge has amazing views of the valley. The facilities are well kept. The staff is very attentive. This is a place if you are looking for an escape from the more urban valley.
It is a somewhat remote climb up a dirt road to get there, so it is not a place where you might go in and out frequently.

beautiful location. very clean, rooms were updated and wood work was beautiful. great view from large window, pool was very nice and grounds were very beautiful and well kept

The location is exceptional, the hotel is built to offer a view that is breathtaking almost everywhere. The service is exceptional too and they take health measurements super seriously, which is appreciated. The food is also good.
The bathroom, the shower is not good for tall people since it has a metal frame door to enter that is too low and my husband knocked his head. I would also advise checking that people follow the rules in the pool, not the hotel's fault but people just don't follow any of the rules that the hotel mention.

The room and facilities were beautiful! The view from the mirador was our favorite part.
We paid for dinner there. The quality of the food didn’t live up everything else. We expected more from such a beautiful place.
