Short term stay in Albania

- clean and spacious room, comfy beds - delicious breakfast, a lot of options even with local products - outdoor pool - friendly staff, very kind housekeepers

- no coffee machine during breakfast, you have to always ask for it the waitresses, very annoying - dirty spa area, need to be renovated as soon as possible - homeless woman with a baby begging for money in front of the hotel - very sad and very poor area around and and I didn’t feel safe - annoying local children with firecrackers near the hotel sunbeds - dirty beach and sea

Comfortable stay

Beautiful interior, it's a beachfront hotel, breakfast was good.

It's very noisy at night, i mean loud noises, hard to sleep. The rooms are not soundproof. Our bed wasn't that comfortable, sadly.

Such a lovely place and a great breakfast, but the staff were so rude I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

The staff were extremely rude - we experienced this on a few occasions on our stay. One of the staff members in reception and another in the spa were so rude and disrespectful

Great view, comfort and food.

It is beachfront hotel, located in the busy beach and dining area, which is densely populated by hotels, restorans, cafes and bars. There is pool area which is continued into beach area. Staff is perfect, service impeccable and breakfast superb.

Superbra och fantastisk hjälpsam personal.

Fint hotell med fina rum. Trodde dock att det var riktig balkong men det var ingen alls om du inte bokade svit eller dyl. Fantastisk frukost!

Fick en använd badrock med en gammal nässpray i fickan. Svart hår kvar i duschen.

Beautiful hotel!

Everything was exceptional, from the moment we arrived we were looked after. We were given a free upgrade to a lovely large room with a balcony and the whole hotel was very classy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere amd the breakfasts were lovely, ingredients were fresh and we had all we could ask for. Also, we could go out on the balcony in the breakfast room and watch the sea. Beautiful location, the Spa was very relaxing we had sauna, jacuzzi and steam room and also the massage we had was lovely. Definitely would recommend this to anyone not sure of where to book.. Nicest and smartest hotel on the beachfront by a mile.

Pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel.

We loved the decent location, the extraordinary view from the top, the private beach, the design of the hotel and the food, as well.

The staff should improve their English skills, the communication wasn't the easiest with some of them. The wardrobe of the hotel room is very small.

Excellent breakfast spread. Spacious rooms, beds and bath. Clean SPA area. Close to beach.

The cleaning and reception staff were very polite. The room was very clean. The view was beautiful.

Hair came out of the salad at night, when we showed it to the waiter, he was sorry and took the plate. Later, we were subjected to an aggressive attitude by all the waiters. It was as if we were to blame. No one apologized and the plates were left on the table harshly. I wouldn't mind the incident, but the service we saw was very wrong. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel'sRESTAURANT !!!

I liked the room, except for the room view. The breakfast and the staff were excellent. The beach seemed promising, but the season we visited the hotel was inappropriate for beach activities.

The restaurant's offer for dinner did not match our expectations.

Very nice to eat breakfast outside in the top floor. And very strange that this floor is not open during the day or night. Big room and easy to go down to the beach Duress beach is very shallow

Service. In general the service is very strange in Albania. It’s like the people working in hotels in general don’t have a mandate to help. Example the reception, when we checked in, was more concerned with a phone call from the boss and spending a lot of time on checkins. Or when we asked for a board to iron clothing on; the first two times they did not have any and the third time we they suddenly had (?). Too pricey for the value you are getting. Getting an ok stay, but paying for it also Not cleaned good enough in the shower. And a bit cold water in the shower
