Perfect location inbetween the 2 busy beaches
Quiet and the pool is a nice change of scenery
Cottage had everything we needed, and the staff helped with everything we needed.
Bongo shack staff are fab as is the food, would recommend to anyone
4.0
Best location, good food, warm staff!special mention to Karishma for the best head and foot massage! this place had a lot of furry friends which the staff took good care of!
toilets had some kind of smell in the delux room we stayed in.
3.0
Cozy area, illuminated with lanterns in the evening
Nice pool area
Pleasant bar, with friendly staff and a lovely beachfront location
The cleanliness could have been better, especially in the bathrooms.
There was no hot water in the showers.
The cabins are much smaller than what is stated on booking.com (30 sqm). In reality, it's probably closer to half of that.
The staff (except for the reception/bar) seemed a bit disconnected, maybe because we were there during the low season (monsoon).
We were there during the monsoon, and as a result, we couldn't use the beach. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but I imagine the place is much more suitable during the regular season due to the cabins' proximity to the beach and the pleasant balconies (which were wrapped in plastic during the monsoon).
4.5
beautiful gardens, cottage is small but has a great shower and air conditioning.
would have been nice to have the room serviced while we were there.
3.5
Kind and helpfull staff.
Location over there is not that noicy as all arround there.
Short distance to Baga and Callangut Beach - only a short walk distance.
We love the Pool area, the water is like a whirlpool that hot but it's nice to chill there.
Sunbeds with umbrella - nice!
Room was really dark and A/C didn't work that much. Bed mattress needs to be chanced.
Bathroom is very small.
Food and also the Room Rate is overpriced, in our opinion.
3.5
Candle light dinner is good
Food is excellent!!! It is very well cooked and blended properly.
Sea view is catchy!
Overall had a very good stay experience
Restaurant ambience is not good.
Protocols mentioned for Swimming pool was not followed. People not supposed to consume alcohol while using the pool. But, alcohol was served by the hotel employees itself which is not good.

Location
Over priced. The cost was comparable to a 5 star hotel in SA. They gave me a torn towel.

Everything - location, type of accommodation, pool, staff, facilities in room, restaurant, food available, room service
Air con not working properly

property is amazing and opens directly to the bags beach(literally 30 seconds walk). very clean rooms and the shack they have on beach serves amazing food to your room as well. had an amazing stay here. this has now become my go to hotel in goa
provision for hot water could have been better. our room always had lukewarm water.
4.5
We loved the proximity to the beach, and the convenience of hospitality services at the Bongo Beach Shack. All the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, and we felt very well looked after. Our beach hut perfectly matched our expectations - quirky, comfortable and picturesque. The whole experience made for a memorable, excellent and relaxing holiday for us.
From around 5pm to 10pm every night, all the beach shacks turned up their music amplifiers to very intrusive levels. This was no doubt to generate a party atmosphere, but since there were so few guests (and of an older demographic), it was very unwelcome.

The beach is a 30 second walk away. Bongos shack was really good, good food and the staff were really nice, the cocktails were amazing and you could put everything on your room, the pool was nice and wifi was good.
My room wasn't one of the "beack rooms" is was at the back across the road which was disappointing.
2.0
Stuff behavior is very good, location good
Please told them to improve cooking, serve drinking water as much guest want. Electricity problem. Please is cool decorated but some time it's looks like haunted
4.0
Clean staff is no good, unless you call them. Rest is excellent.
Very close to beach and good place to stay.

The service from Saajan was exceptional and everyone was very helpful. Shack restaurant Bongo was right on the beach and we really enjoyed the food and stay and would definitely come back.
3.5
The setting of the cottages is unique and nothing like you'd expect. So, a pleasant surprise. The property is at the junction of Calangute and Baga beaches, making the location a major plus. The staff is polite and humble too. But given the rates of the property, the number of food options are way too limited and the food it exorbitantly priced. The staff at the reception aren't the most welcoming, and that kinda puts off the goodness of the place by quite a distance.

Really good ambiance and we can directly enter to the Baga beach through the resort, so that it feels very comfortable even at late night, also their shack is nice and we can relax there free. Also food was good and comparable price. Swimming pool also good
Even though we have a seperate main gate, it can be access by nearby other room because seperation is made using natural plants..

It was right on the beach! Amazing location. The cottages are beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We were also greeted by 3 dogs- Snow, Luna and Buddy who were very friendly. The restaurant services were exceptional!
5.0
We loved the location. You need to get to a small alley to get to the location and then you have very cozy cabins. The staff was very helpful, the size of the rooms fair, they were very clean and nicely decorated. Just a minute walk and you get to the beach.
The stairs in to the shower room.
