The location, the hotel and the Staff are amazing! Its a beautiful accommodation with very attentive staff and it smells sooooo good! بصراحة وايد حبينا الفندق و الموظفين جداً طيبين و لطيفيين

A beautiful, Greek vibe, calming hotel!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, felt very secluded and calming.

Maybe at times some more staff to come around the pool offering drinks etc.

Location is good, quiet area with shuttle bus to Fira Nice friendly staff We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use most of the facilities but the pool area and bar restaurant looked nice

It was great the first 3 days, then I took another day directly from the Reception, only that for that day the room wasn't the same, it was completely different, I didn't sleep all night because something spewed on me, and the cleanliness was not at the highest level

Definitely 5 star!

It was a stunning hotel every detail had been thought of even the sun beds were luxurious! Staff were so accommodating, always available to help when we missed the shuttle bus a staff member drove us to town Food was amazing, could not find any fault with this accommodation, I’ll definitely be going again

Good hotel but need to get reality with prices for they offer especially for food and drinks

Generally good hotel

Price for cocktails double the price what the view restaurants in Fira, Oia or any Kamari beach ask for same with food prices and the food was very average. Breakfast served with loads of choices from cakes and non breakfast items like soups however not much choice on breakfast items. The fried eggs are solid omlets hard as rock etc

For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting much more for our room. Very basic room, bathroom very poor: There wasnt elettric plugs, no bidet or shower and a old curtain on the bath. Old and small tv.

Great location near to Santo Wines and to explore Fira town which is a 25-minute walk away.

Room was a good size, breakfast was incredible, dinner was amazing. The staff in reception and restaurant were very friendly and professional.

We did not know you had to pay additional amount to use the spa facilities so was not impressed with this and as a result did not use them.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional views

The staff were very lovely and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel and its views were also very nice. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at De Sol Hotel & Spa. The location was also very good as it wasn't far from Fira centre nor the airport.
