Quiet yet deep in town, close enough to the airport that I will return at the end of my stay in Guatemala.

I live in a new place so it was nice to stay in a well cared for classic spot.

All is good.

Lindisimo lugar para descansar y renovar fuerzas

La atencion del personal, atentos a cada detalle, Ernesto siempre dispuesto a servir y cuidar mi descanso . Un desayuno exquisito, servido con amor 💘 . Las habitaciones , cómodas y muy limpias .Amplia casa , con un jardín agradable para el descanso

Es un lugar impecable , nada de que quejarse .

Guatemala City is worth visiting, and if you’re going to visit, stay here!

Very safe location, within walking distance of 2 malls. Staff very helpful especially Ernesto as mentioned in other comments here! Breakfast was included with the reservation and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulosa estadía

Me encantó todo: la ubicación,es una zona muy tranquila donde se logra dormir placenteramente sin ningún tipo de ruido. La cama y las almohadas cómodas. Habitación aseada, agua caliente en todo momento. La atención de Ernesto fuera de serie, colaborador, atento, con mucha disposición para ayudarme en todo lo que ocupé, desde facilitarme más cobijas por el frio que hizo, hasta gestiones de reservas para transporte y manejo de tecnología. Doña Éricka también muy amable. El desayuno delicioso. Volvería una y mil veces a este hotel.

No encontramos queja alguna, nos sentimos muy acogidos.

i had a wonderful stay - the staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful for planning my trip through the country. the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good and local. The common outside terrace is a nice place for sitting and reading. definitely a recommendation!

Best hotel stay ever!

This was possibly the best hotel experience of my life. The staff went way beyond expectations. Yes, the rooms were great, everything was very cozy with good décor. It was clean, well-maintained, good wifi, all that stuff. What really stood out was when my plans fell through and needed to change - the staff was incredibly helpful! First, they helped by spending a lot their own time researching travel plans for me, more importantly when I asked to reschedule my second night to Saturday they didn't even blink and eye, but immediately rescheduled. I had already paid, and there were other guests, and Saturday must be a busy day for them, so I really didn't expect to get this without complaint, but they were very hospitable. It really made my trip a lot easier, which was a huge relief considering the stress of my plans changing last second. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Huge portions of authentic Guatemala food, served with juice and coffee. Delicious!

There isn't a single thing. I will stay here everytime I'm in the city. I wish all hotels could be like this one!

The hospitality was wonderful. The young man at the desk was incredibly helpful, from arranging taxis to ordering in food for me. The Wifi is excellent and the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.

Printed menu for breakfast...four or five options, each with bit of sliced fruit. Butter and jam packets with the toast. Breakfast is a low-cost meal and likely the last service to the guest...easy to leave a good impression...just saying.

The location was amazing and the price was very affordable. Zone 10 is the best zone in Guatemala city . Breakfast was included and the room was very cozy. The most important part of this experience was the staff was the Services. The young guy who was doing night shift when I arrived was amazing and went above and beyond!
