Simple, basic room w/communal facilities in the back of some industr company ... Type Notunterkunft

I only needed a room for one night after arriving on a night train from Vienna and before taking the ferry to Helgoland. It is definitely a no-frills place. One hardly sees any staff, I did as I arrived early and there was someone who cleaned and a lady who took my money if I remember correctly. Location is not too bad and can be reached by public transportation ... basically it appears like some "Notunterkunft" for workers as it is attached to a carpet company.

It is just simple and basic ... a bad, a communal shower and toilet, the room was small ... not sth one would remember for a long time but ok for the price, I guess.

The owner upgraded our rooms on our request when we found out booked room was smaller for the group. It was very kind of them.

It can be hard to find the exact location.

Affordable, clean and comfortable hotel to stay for a few nights

It is exactly what it says it is. An affordable hotel located not too far from Hamburg Hbf. The roon was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. The shared bathroom was sparkling clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper, etc. The communication with the hotel staff was clear and the check in was very straightforward. It doesn't have a kitchen or living room area so it's perfect for a short stay. The rooms do the job: providing an affordable and comfortable place to sleep.

Couldn’t check in for about 30 min as I tried to reach the host via whatsup and sms. I should had called instead.

I stayed as a single person for an overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.

Great option for budget travel.

The room was bigger than I expected and the wifi worked perfectly. I stayed in the shared bathroom room, and the shared spaces were always clean. The location is also very convenient, close from the airport and the city center.

There was some hair on one of the furniture in the room, but the bed, table, and the share bathroom was always clean.

Very good

The room was really nice, it was clean and very comfortable. Ideal for single travellers. The main entrance is not at the street, however was not hard to find, there are some signals that you can follow to find the door. The staff was really nice and friendly. I totally recommend it

Lovely room, very friendly staff.

The room was very nicely furnished with good storage, a TV and very good WiFi. The bed was extremely comfortable and for a city it was very quite. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The shower was very small, which barely any space to get changed or to put clothes and other items without them getting wet.

Great location & value for money

The staff were very nice! I messaged one day before to ask if I could check in early - the cleaning lady remembered my request and even my name! She welcomed me with great hospitality. The room was basic but had all the necessities. It's very convenient to travel to by public transport. A shopping mall is only about 2 mins walk away.

The sound proof is very poor, I could hear the TV and the conversation from the next room. Also, the room is in general quite clean, but don't look under the bed...

Comfortable and Good Located Hotel

It is close to the supermarket Lidl.Just a few minutes to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn.And there are also some restaurants around.The room was clean and comfortable.Staff was ok.

It is actually located in a quite environment.But there is some kind of workshop at the backyard and weekday mornings might be a little bit noisy.But luckily most of my accomodation was weekend.
