It was a very nice hotel, conveniently located so that the town center could be reached by an easy walk. Breakfast was very good. On days with fewer guests, there was no buffet breakfast. Instead we could choose between several very nice options à la carte, which we actually prefered.
On days with a buffet for breakfast, you were served, which was rather annoying. I prefer to look at the food and take the quantity that I like, especially smaller quantities of foods that I do not know and may not like. As we don't speak Spanish and the staff speaks little English, communicating how much of which food we want was difficult.

Nice hotel. Good location and relaxing. Overall a good value and comfortable.
Needs an elevator so expect to lug your suitcases if you are upstairs. Bring water as the tap water isn't always good and they only give you a half bottle per person on arrival for free. Then it's $2.50 a bottle which was surprising.
The only issue we had was the shower temperature kept changing and you need to keep adjusting the knobs.

That there’s an A/C option in case it’s not cold in Boquete…Also, enjoyed clean/comfortable bed.
No Smart TV/Netflix option.

Centric location. Close to restaurants and brewery.
Parking spaces in the front or back for more privacy.
Since it's close to town, a lot of cars go by waking you up starting 5:30 am everyday. Rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear people talking in the hallways and adjacent rooms.

Clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again. I loved that the location was not too close to the town center but yet just a very short walk away from everything. Loved the front desk staff. They were always so helpful and welcoming, no matter the time of the day or whose shift it was.
The restaurant/bar service.

Did not enjoy breakfast. Location was great, close enough to almost every activity we decided to do. Also close to town. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Rooms very clean and tidy. Hot water and pressure were great.
Absolutely did not enjoy breakfast. First day we decided to try it. Was the one and only time ate at the hotel. Eggs look and taste like from a box. Small variety of items that did not look appealing. Way too expensive. Unfortunately mattress and pillows were not very comfortable.

Centric location, cleanliness, big rooms, nice shower, tour coordination. We could do an early check-in as the room was ready
Breakfast was ok. kind of reduce amount, but you could have as many fruit as you'd like. An indoor pool would be nice to have.

Comfortable bedroom, great balcony, friendly and helpful staff
1st day breakfast was a bit poor, but on 2nd day it was all great and flavorful
It could use more lighting on the rooms, I know there is a balcony that can give you natural light, but If you want privacy, it can be a bit challenging

The garden is beautifully kept, but really only at the front, the side and the back wall. No where to sit and enjoy them. This could really be a feature. The rooms are spacious and there was lots of hot water.
The breakfast really lets the hotel down. There is very little choice and no imagination. There is a daily juice, a choice of two diced fruits ( one watermelon) a cereal and tiny slices of a French flute bread. Tip - squeeze it with the tongs as pieces may be very dried and stale. The hot dishes are served from behind the covers of the heaters...(if this is for COVID, then that should also apply to the rest of the dishes). The only option for eggs are from a congealed scrambled lump. No possibility of a fried egg. The holjadres are great when freshly cooked, but horrible when they have been cold for a few hours..
We ate there 2times. Once was very oversalted leaving us very thirsty all night and the 2nd time - a burger- was ok.
Speaking to locals, they all said they were sorry as the restaurant now has the worst reputation in town.

Super helpful staff. Before our arrival I asked about information to hike volcan baru on our own and they supplied it. While we were there they called us a taxi the night before our hike and everything went smoothly.
The room itself is a great size with a comfortable bed and bathroom.
Breakfast was also good and filling.
Everything is super humid. Our dry unused clothes were slightly wet when we left.

The location, really quiet and just a 5 min walk to the center of boquete. The staff is amazing! They help with everything and the tours they offer are from high quality!

The location and attention given by the staff.
Lots of bugs at night getting into the room. Also, a small fridge would have been nice.

It’s very nice and clean, the staff was super friendly, the hotel really
The only thing I didn’t like is the restaurant.
They took a while to bring the food and the restaurant was empty.

The location was great. Beautiful river near by and 5-8 minute walk into town. Very kind and helpful staff! The rooms were clean and the hotel lobby was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Would consider staying there again.
Unfortunately the restaurant was very marginal. Decent breakfast and great soup for dinner but that’s all the positive I can say.
