My stay was awesome. The staff are exceptional. Stayed there twice in July!

The location was great. Right off the main high end shopping street but without all the noise! The room was average size for europe but very comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom was clean and modern with great products. Did not get the breakfast package but heard it was good.

They have rooftop bar. I wish it had stayed open later.

Le personnel est agréable et professionnel. Un très bon petit déjeuner varié et de qualité L'espace spa très appréciable. Notre chambre disposait d'un balcon dans la chambre L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé

L'hôtel est quelque peu excentré du centre historique de Lisbonne, mais il reste a proximité quasi immédiate des transports en commun et de l'une des avenues principales de la ville. Vous pouvez également atteindre le centre ville historique a pieds également, ce n'est pas non plus le bout du monde. La taille de la chambre est tout juste correcte. Il n'aurait pas fallu qu'elle soit plus petite. Parking payant mais pouvait-il en être autrement dans la capitale portugaise ? Il manque de profondeur a la piscine. Baignoire et pas douche a l'italienne

Limpieza y ambiente de la habitación y áreas comunes. Una piscina caliente sería una adición muy especial para el hotel.

No pude conectar la computadora de manera wireless al televisor, a pesar que indicaba tener habilitado este servicio (me indicaron que no estaba activo).

Gutes City Hotel mit leider nervigem Marketing

Zimmer waren angemessen, das Standard-Zimmer zur Straße erwartungsgemäß laut am Morgen. Frühstück war sehr gut, halber Preis für Kinder!

E-Mail Marketing sehr schlecht, massenhaft Mails die a) unerwünscht und b) kaputt (keine Bilder, nicht klickbare Links) waren.

Perfect location

Location was perfect . Hotel was clean and comfortable Special thanks to Charlota Tomaz from guest relations who has given us perfect hints and details for our Lisbon and Porto visits.

Restaurant was under renovation. Also top bar was not open although weather was very nice. There was a waiting que for breakfast.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit Charme und Personal, das seinesgleichen sucht.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, was wirklich ruhig war. Es gibt einen Aufdeckservice und im Bad Rituals Produkte. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, Omelette und Egg Benedict konnte man frisch bestellen. Eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst, Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Lachs, Cerealien, Eierspeisen, Säften, Sekt - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Rooftop Terrasse, einen sehr schönen Pool, in dem man auch richtig schwimmen kann, eine Bar. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von dem hervorragend geschulten Personal. Gelebte Hotellerie, keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit!

Aus meiner Sicht war alles perfekt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war morgens am Pool, da fehlten schnell Handtücher.

Don’t have good experience

Great location

Our room was small, but the problem is tiny light in the shower and it slippery, the funky freed stand light was bottom place was detached from the floor and it exposing the floor metal, it dangerous, the belt boy try to fix it but it doesn’t work.

Amazing hotel, staff & location. Perfect couples getaway!

The property was in a great location (for myself & my wife who like walking). It’s downhill to the waterfront with plenty of places like the bairro alto, tram stops, shops along the route. The staff were amazing. So polite and welcoming, helpful if you had any rest any questions or tips where to go. It was my wife’s 30th while we were there and they even treated her to a cake and nice bottle of Portuguese fizz in the room on her birthday. Breakfast buffet was superb - so many tables with different options & also a menu for pancakes, poached eggs etc. The spa is also excellent. I would visit again in a heartbeat!

La propreté de la chambre était le seul inconvénient ! Nous avons passé 4 nuits avec le gâteau de bienvenue sur la table de la chambre ! Nous sommes allés faire des courses et le sac en papier que j'ai laissé sur le sol avec les déchets que nous avons sortis tous les jours est resté là jusqu'au dernier jour. Le toilette sentait la pisse ! On aurait dit qu'il n'avait pas été nettoyé. C'est le seul inconvénient. Quelque chose d'important pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Truly excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel in a desirable area of Lisbon. The room was lovely, spotless and well equipped - coffee maker plus a kettle and fridge. And complementary bottled water every day. I requested a room with a bathtub and early check in. Both requests were accommodated and much appreciated. The service was superb across the board and the restaurant ( food and service) was fantastic! Overall a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Hôtel de très bon standing qui vaut ses 5*. Très joliment décoré pour Noël, ambiance agréable, chambre et literie confortables. Piscine intérieure belle et chaude, sauna et hamam. Bien situé à 10/15mn à pieds du centre, avenue chic avec boutiques de luxe.

Great location for visiting Lisbon

Friendliness of staff, they can't do enough for you. The hotel is in a brilliant location, ideal for Bairro Alto and other sites of interest like Castelo de Sao Jorge.

The bar drinks and food are overpriced, and you're better off heading to the Bairro Alto/Cais do Sodre for better value.
