Comfortable and fine for price.

It is just a standard motel room. But it was clean and the exterior was lovely.

There was an issue with the kettle (just kept boiling water forever never turned off).

Overall it was quite comfortable.

The room was clean and tidy.

No fly screen on security door and road noise on main road.

As I needed only overnight accommodation, your facilities were very suitable.

Breakfast was not available. so I am unable to answer this question.

Some confusion with bookin g through an outside agent but eventually sortedf out.

Convenient location and Comfortable

It is very close to where my daughter lives and was reasonably priced, The room was very spacious and there was adequate kitchen stuff albeit we didn't use it.

It took a very long time to get the room warm and we felt obliged to ignore the "turn the a/c off when not in the room" sign as it would have reverted to an icebox whilst we were out for dinner! The positioning of the shower curtain makes the shower crazily, and unnecessarily, claustrophobic.

Very tidy comfortable rooms with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

I loved the way I had to pick up my key, I have not seen that before. Type your number into a code box and your key falls out.

Closeness to our next base

The exhaust fan in bathroom the bearing is worn out and makes huge noise. Single bed in room the springs have failed on the approach side.

Location was spot on for what I needed.

Was a bit confused with the parking, someone else was parked in my number spot so I had to park in someone else’s spot. A note about that you park anywhere you like would have been nice.

Nice and quiet stay in close proximity to the capital

Nice and quiet premises even though the cars were parked in front of cabins. Luckily there was not too much traffic. The cabins were great - reasonably sizeable and everything we needed was provided. The place was really close to Queanbeyan centre and its restaurants etc.

It would have been great to have the car park somewhere else than in the front of villas but that’s obviously impossible to arrange.

Whenever we plan a trip to Canberra will stay there for sure.

The fact it was self-catering. Very useful when you have dietary restrictions and are a pensioner as it’s cost-saving to take your own food. The bathroom was absolutely tiny but surprisingly workable. The shower was excellent and the water beautifully hot. The actual living area of the studio was very, very good. Plenty of room. We also appreciated the fact that people weren’t constantly bothering you to clean the room when you were there for several days.

The steps to the studio villas are not very wide but quite deep. This makes it very awkward when you have physical limitations. Most of the villas seemed to have the same access.

The location is so noisy we didn't sleep a wink also I slipped over in the floor in the kitchen it is so slippery and where I parked my car does a big pool of water the back of my car which way to step into get access to the car because the car park is not well-organised step to the front doors inadequate apart from that the heater worked
