We had a wonderful, restful winter respite at Sarah and Chuck's beautiful home! They are just great people to rent from! This was our second winter staying here and we were glad to be back. We were able to share this lovely location with friends and family everyone enjoyed their stay in Beaufort and loved the comfy home! Cypress Wetlands, Hunting Island, and local parks are great places to visit and the many restaurants to choose from never disappoint. Not only is the food terrific, but the hospitality and friendliness of the staff wherever we ate made us feel right at home! We're looking forward to our return next year!

The area has to be seen to appreciate how wonderful it really is. Access to restaurants-events-beaches really easy. Nature abounds and you can't help but get lost in the tranquility. Our hosts were responsive and very personable. If you are looking, this is a definite YES.

Stayed here for about a month while in town for work. Very clean spacious and very near to everything Beaufort has to offer. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town

We stayed for the month of January and while the weather was colder than we would have liked, the accommodations were great. We needed a pet friendly house (cat) and it was clean, comfy and spacious with a great view of the marsh. Sarah and Chuck are attentive and gracious hosts. We would recommend the A Frame on Lady's Island to anyone who is passing through Beaufort.

I had the pleasure of renting Sarah's home for two months while relocating to Beaufort. You can't beat the location or the view over the marsh and Beaufort River it is just beautiful. I have two dogs and a cat who where also very welcome and had a great fenced in area for the dogs along with the wonderful porch overlooking the marsh. The large windows letting in the sun are perfect for those days you don't want to be outside to take in the view. The house was clean spacious and very comfortable. Being between the two bridges makes it so easy to head into historic downtown Beaufort or to Port Royal and an easy drive to the other sea Islands and Hunting Island State Park. It was the perfect place for me to be to start my move to Beaufort

We enjoyed a roomy, sunny house, with wonderful sunsets. My dog was welcome, the owner even left sheets to cover the couch. We enjoyed taking our dog to Hunting Island State Park, which is 3 miles of dog friendly beach. The house is on a quiet street, with pleasant neighbors, and it is close to historic downtown Beaufort.

Needed a rental that accepted dogs, while our home was under construction. Nothing else was available, the location was perfect but we were not allowed to see the interior. The mattress on the "king" bed is pieces of foam that are too small for the frame so you have to stuff pillows at the head. The upstairs mattress were so bad the owners replaced them with super cheap mattresses acceptable for kids but not adults. The place was filthy, I scrubbed every surface we had to touch. Look up at the window sills or ceiling fans with years of dust. Will admit they replaced the AC after we could not keep the house below 80 degrees in the summer but the heat still blasts in the windows and the shades are just partial, cheap throw aways. Maintenance has been deferred and projects that were done are very DYI. Not many places take dogs so just be aware before you proceed.

The view was indeed spectacular...especially the sunsets. We spent about two months here and really enjoyed Sarah's home. No problems with the heat...as it was rather cool outside at times. Her home was clean and well kept...the grounds were well maintained...a great place if you have a dog...with his own fenced in area. Sarah's home had plenty of large windows to let in the sunshine with open concept kitchen...dining...and living room...very comfy. The location was convenient to stores and downtown Beaufort and Port Royal.
