Mooie hotel met goede voorzieningenp

De ligging, de hygiene en het personeel

De man die werkzaam is bij de patisserie afdeling. Hij is onbeleefd tegen gasten en luistert niet.

I wasn’t happy about hotel in general

Not much not worth the money it wasn’t worth the money

Bedroom because it wasn’t clean food wasn’t the best for its price and bar staff wasn’t friendly

That we already this holiday and go home

- the hotel room is not furnished according to a 5-star hotel. -the mattress is very bad, a bonnell type in which I feel all the springs in the structure in the back. - even if we had the ultra all inclusive regime most of the time you didn't have access to the restaurant or snack bar. - the serving period of the meals was very short and in general there were long queues for serving. - cheap canteen-type food where stew-type dishes predominated without having the opportunity to eat a good steak even if you have to pay extra. - most of the food is recycled into other varieties at the next meal, two members of the family had health problems because of this. - insufficient sunbeds at swimming pools and where at 18.30 you are obliged to leave the pool even if you are there on vacation. - the serving of drinks left much to be desired. with the exception of coolers at the dispenser, you had no options (water with a lot of sugar). - one day I had 2 family members visitors for 1 hour and a half, for which I had to pay an extra 70 euros. - the transfer to the beach is very precarious and unsafe with overtaking cars parked over the curbs of the road , they say only 200 m to the beach reality is comming 1 km. - a lot of mess both at the restaurant and at the snack bar.

lovely stay

the hotel has it all, u want nice beach with food and drinks , you got it!, u want pool with nice music and pool, here you go! its good resort with a lot of things that makes ur family trip very good, the housekeeper fatos was very nice and generous she helped us with whatever we asked, will def come back here

the food was good but the repetition made it boring sometimes in the main restaurant but you still have the pool snack bar and caretta so it all completes each other

We enjoyed our stay and loved the delicious food, has a wide variety, always had food and drinks provided.

We arrived at 1pm and they provided us lunch, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cocktail and the wine was below standard, the cocktails was missing ingredients, the beer was good.

Wonderul stay we enjoyed as a family and will be coming back again

there was a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool was clean and well maintained. Some Staff where helpful even though they couldn’t speak fluent English.

poor wifi and some staff wouldn’t involve you in the pool side games

Lovely Staff and location but without Internet

Location was great, easy access to Side mall which is right in front of it . Nice variety of food

The Internet service was really bad, cannot be depended on whatsoever, in an hour the Internet will work maybe for 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

The quality of the buffet was excellent and varied. furthermore, each day there was a speciality grill which changed daily. some all-inclusive hotels prefer quantity over quality, but the food was truly excellent and a good advertisement of the Turkish cuisine. The evening entertainment on the stage was also excellent and varied

The first impression of a hotel always sets the foundations, regardless to duration of stay. My first interaction with the hotel was at check-in, where it became immediately clear that none of the staff speak a word of English. The clientele are 90% German, so it is understandable that the staff will have a good handle on German language. However, the hotel does promote itself as 5* International hotel, welcoming clients from all over, but it became clear very quickly the staff are german speaking, geared for German clientele. the pools are decent enough, but there are only two of them and quite small, so can get very crowded. it is not easy to swim as such, as you will always be bumping into someone. there were daily activities in one of the pools, including water polo, volley ball, aerobics etc., which were very good, but they did take up most of the pool, further restricting ‘families’ with kids that are not interested in these things, and just want to play in the water. whilst my comments on the quality of buffet stands true - it was excellent throughout my stay - the restaurant is small and struggles to cater for the number of guests. the evening dinner is from 19:00 to 21:00, so is quite a small window to cater for all the guests. this is further compounded by everyone eating early - so at the same time - so they can then reserve tables at the stage area for the entertainment, which starts at 20:45. if you don’t grab a table one hour before the entertainment starts, then you will be out of luck.

The staff were rude we had go to reception to ask for toilet roll as there was 4 of us in 1 room and was left with 2 toilet rolls.

Very good

The swimming pool is very clean. The room is spacious. The staff are nice. Night shows are somehow entertaining. Good and fast cocktails at bars

Repeated buffet and not a great variety. Not enough sunbeds so you will struggle to find one in peak season. Beach area a little tight and not so well-maintained. Staff can't speak or understand english well

90% German Nationals. hotel staff concentrate more on them. other nationality are to be served as a second-level citizen.

Wouldn't stay here again

Beach was good, but pool - too cold (no heating in October). Beach is really close. Room was clean and sound-proof. Guest relations manager temporally solve internet speed issues by giving her SIM card.

Far away from 5 stars. Not worth money. Terrible internet speed - 2 Mbps. We fought for sunbeds in the beach and at the pool, table for eating. It's literally almost impossible to get a place to eat and you need roam around with plate full of food for 10-15 minutes. Majority of staff don't speak English (German not a problem for them at all) Inclusive cocktails were so poor, but service is quick. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Without car / taxi you can't do much outside of hotel premises.

Overall good hotel

-Clean hotel/clean rooms -Food/drinks are good -beach is very nice and very close to hotel -pools are very nice -there was almost always enough place to sit besides the pool

-Gym is small and it works with a weird reservation system - Some staff are very annoying(the staff from the sauna/hamham) - sometimes it was quite crowded with dinner

Good for families but not great for couples.

The hotel is very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, cleaning service everyday, changing towels everyday and i liked the open buffet so you can choose whatever you want.

The animation shows were mostly for the kids and not really nice. Food was not always on my taste. The drinks from the bar are not qualitative and the beach is little bit far from the hotel but there is a service bus working on.
