Очень близко к морю, рядом много кафе с очень вкусной кухней, недалеко до центра что тоже очень удобно, вид из окна шикарный, апартаменты хорошие , чистые, все в рабочем состоянии.

Location. Views over the sea. Not far to walk to beach & restaurants. Good air con.

It's not as clean as it could have been. Very noisy bed. The fridge freezer kept us awake as we had a studio flat. Woke up to a massive Turkistan cockroach on the floor on our second morning.

The room was perfect for 2/3 people, very clean and everything we might need was available, the building was really quiet and not far from the city centre.

It was perfect.

It is easily accessible by public transport and you can also park there. The beach is really close. There was everything you need: towels, bathroom products, hair dryer, kettle, spacious cupboards, comfortable bed, warm blankets, summer blanket, furniture on the terrace.

Amazing location. Check in was simple - key left in door as we were late. Basic room but very clean and comfortable.

Very nice place, if you do not need , city rush. For it was ideal position, some 15-20min walk to centre, 5-10min to be

Simple room with balcony facing sea a block away. Great WiFi

Very good WiFi 170 Mbps with 373ms loaded latency was good for working as a digital nomad with VoIP calls. Shower curtain and elevator appreciated. Hot water was good, as was simple balcony. A/C was a bit finicky, getting old, but was doing alright. Market just around the corner.

A/C universal remote became spontaneously unprogrammed multiple times. Kitchenette needs a real knife, salt, and cutting board. Flooring is old and needs updating. Bed is a bit short. Missing bulb in light fixture. Cyprus seems to be a forgotten country in the EU.

Poor

The fact that there was no reception at the check-in hour. Also the response to some requests prior to arriving at the apartment were not answered.Roaches crawling at night from the bathroom. Air condition was a mess, since the remote didn't work as it should.

Good location and functional flat pleasant for 4 nights

The location is very good, easy access to the airport with bus 425, short walk to the center or to the promenade along the sea. Balcony. Sponge, soap and tea towel provided. Easy parking

Furniture is functional but nothing more; one bulb missing; the lining of the curtains was torn; the aircon pulses hot air on the balcony so annoying when you sit there; in the bathroom, the rail to hang towels had been ripped and not replaced

Great location

it’s a very nice apartment and the most important thing is location and very safe neighbourhood. I really enjoyed staying at Pelides Apartment and the view from the balcony is amazing. Peaceful place and easy to travel anywhere you like. 3 mins walk from the seafront, so many great restaurants and shops around the apartment. Great place to stay.

Very good location. Good contact with owner. Spacious apartament, terrace with beautiful view.

Apartment was not clean. Bathroom was a bit filthy and smelly. All the dishes were very dirty, we had to wash them before using. Last night of our stay we found a cackroach on the floor.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mario's property and I would highly recommend it.

The view is great. The location is great. 18 minute walk into Larnaca center and 3 or 4 minutes to the beach. The apartment is very good value for money and was clean with enough kitchen facilities for home cooking. A local shop is 1 minute away.

An umbrella for some shade on the balcony would be a good idea because it gets the sun all day and it would be nice to have some shade when sitting out on it.

A comfortable, everything included studio apartment with a balcony that has a great sea view.

The fridge is an old model and very loud, which can disturb your sleep if you are sensitive to sounds! The shower is a little weak.

One of the best stays ever.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, flexible, helpful and answered always promptly to our requests. Wonderful view over the Mediterranean.

The shower pressure was a bit too low (very common in Cyprus) and the toilet could have been working better (common as well).
