This is a spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom luxury Penthouse of 2277 ft2 (212 m2), on the third and fourth (top) floors of a 4-storey building, with a large roof terrace on the upper level, located in the “Infiniti Blu” residence. It is in a gated, secured community that offers some of the most luxurious beachfront condominiums in the north coast of the Dominican Republic.

The residence is on a quiet, private beach (Playa Imbert), and can be used as an “all-inclusive” resort with its own restaurants, beach club, swimming pools etc. - yet it is less than 5 minute walk from the center of Sosua (El Batey) and all its restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, supermarkets etc!

As with all Infiniti Blu condos, this spacious beach penthouse has the following features and amenities:

The difference with the other Infiniti Blu penthouses is that this unit is not directly on the beach, but rather immersed in the lush tropical garden of the residence.

Standard occupancy is 6 people (as there are 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed, with orthopedic mattresses), but 2 additional kids below 12 years old can comfortably sleep on the sofas.

The residence is guest-friendly (visitors should be registered before midnight). Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Facilities include private parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 additional separate storage rooms, private beach. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone for any issue.

The rates include everything (cleanings, taxes, condominium fees, gardening, security, gas, water, garbage disposal, pool maintenance, internet connection, satellite TV, private parking for both car and bike etc.) except electricity.

All you need is included (kitchen and bathroom appliances, linen, towels, internet etc.) - just bring your luggage and enjoy the beach and the numerous tourist attractions in Sosua, Cabarete and Puerto Plata!

Several other condos are available in the same residence (for example p3945941, p3970167, p4284778). Massive discounts can be offered during the low season, and according to other parameters (number of guests, duration of stay etc.)

We had a similar beach front penthouse. It had everything and it was very clean. The property was very secure with the security personal around the clock. All guards were amicable, polite and professional. The pool is open 24/7 which was great. The parking space is steps away from the entrance. Roof terrace is big and private. We left the doors and windows open all night and sleep with the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. We did not use the AC at all, the breeze and ceiling fans were sufficient. Everything was perfect. Fabio was great helping us with the reservation and Estrella was a fantastic property manager and host. She took care of us very well and was very accessible, reliable and responsive. The penthouse and Infiniti Blu are wonderful. I would recommend Infiniti Blu to family and friends.

Our stay at Infinit Blu was great. Right from the start we were contacted in advance by email with all details. Jen was our concierge and he was extremely helpful. He arranged our pickup at the airport and we had a late arrival so he met with us at the front of the Condo property for a full introduction. We got a private tour of the facility, received all information for our stay and he gave us his personal cell for contact with any needs. The facilities were great. We booked last minute so didn't get a beachfront location however our penthouse suite was more than adequate with a pool side view and easy access to the beach. The property is on a private beach, has an infinity pool and a full bar at the beach/pool. A great and clean beach. Not crowded as it is a private facility. Very comfortable. The location is very close and within walking distance to a multitude of restaurants and nightlife. For further locations taxi is the best way around. Our next stay will be in one of the beachside penthouses. Thank you to all the staff.
