PARADISE BLUE BY THE SEA VILLA – Wake up and walk out of the villa directly on to the white powder sand beach just a few steps away from the tranquil clear Bahamian turquoise sea.
Our private luxury villa offers you an increase social distancing vacation option for you, your family and close friends to enjoy a more intimate and less crowded holiday venue. We have also increased our sanitation and hygiene procedures within the home and with our cleaning staff.
Paradise Blue is located in the Palm Cay Resort a new gated luxury resort community located in Palm Cay, New Providence, in the Bahamas. Only 15 minutes from the capital of the Bahamas, Nassau, 30-minute drive from Nassau's international airport and 28 miles from the out-islands, Palm Cay is a new private oceanfront resort and full-service marina community encompassing over 69 acres of prime Bahamas luxury real estate. With 1500 feet of white-powder sand oceanfront, and over 1200 feet of powder-soft, tranquil beaches safe for swimmers, it also offers some of the finest fishing on Earth.
The resort community also offers tennis courts, children's playground, freshwater pools, Beach Club with restaurant, Beach Grill and full-service Marina.
Paradise Blue is a 2,400 square foot luxury villa on 3 floors with 4 beautiful bedrooms 2 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 with a shared separated bathroom plus a ground floor queen sleeper sofa with a dedicated shower room catering for up to 10 guests . The ground floor walk in shower facility is exclusive to Paradise Blue and the only one of the beach front villas that offer this and is very useful for guest that may have difficulty walking up stairs.
The villa offers amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including complimentary high-speed internet and cable TV to all bedrooms. The villa is air conditioned throughout with separate central air conditioning units for each floor to suite guest with different temperature comfort levels.
The master bedroom features a king bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous crystal clear and calm Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds (can be joined to make a single king if requested). It has its own en-suite walk in shower. The third and fourth bedroom on the top floor are both furnished with queen-sized beds and have a shared large bathroom with a shower.
The living room at Paradise Blue is spacious and has been custom designed and decorated differentiating it from the standard Palm Cay layout and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as high speed internet and Bluetooth music soundbar.
The kitchen at Paradise Blue is fully-equipped with a stainless-steel freezer-refrigerator with automatic ice dispenser and all essential appliances and kitchen ware you may need to cook and serve your own creations in an open layout so that you can interact with everyone while having a straight view of the beach and sea. All water to the unit is filtered with additional micro filters and carbon filters for the serving island's drinking water faucet and the freezers ice maker. There is also a laundry closet on the second floor with a large washer and dryer.
Outside the villa, by the back patio, there is an outdoor shower, table and chairs along with large padded beach lounges to relax and sun on with an unobstructed view and access to the beach and sea. There is also a Webber gas BBQ for your use during your stay.
The villa also caters for your safety with smoke detectors and carbon dioxide monitors on all three floors. There is a fire extinguisher and a secured person combination safe available as well as a first aid kit. The villa is equipped with emergency lights should the power be temporarily interrupted.
Guests of Paradise Blue Villa can simply take a short stroll to the Clubhouse Restaurant and enjoy meals or a drink during the day or at night. The Clubhouse offers jazz night of Fridays and barbecue day on Sunday, be sure to check with at the Welcome Centre for further details or any additional activities. The Marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkelling and much more. A selection of non-motorised water sports are also available for hire and are yours for the partaking, when clear turquoise waters serve as your backyard. With your stay you also have access to the tennis courts, children's playground, Residents pool, located 30 meters away from Paradise Blue by the Sea Villa between Block 2 and 3 and is quite spacious, surrounded by an expansive deck looking out to the sea , Dockside Café, Provision Store and the full-service Marina.
The Palm Cay Beach Club also has rental guest upgrade membership facilities available which include the Beach Club Members beach area facilities, this includes use of the new large Adult pool and a smaller children pool, it also provides access to the member beach area and day beds. You can pay an additional fee to access these facilities during your stay should you wish to. The property was great- very clean and decorated nicely. We stayed with our adult children. Being right on the beach was so relaxing and quiet. Would definitely stay again - Cheryl’s taxi was also great and Ramona the on site manager took good care of us. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly, proactive and welcoming. Location of the unit within the Palm Cay is really nice and convenient. The beach in front is gorgeous, swimmable and especially good for little kids and seniors. The house is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay and family meals. Furniture and its placement is nice and useful. We cooked every night and didn’t lack anything except for a whisk, lol. Highly recommend and thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were a family of 6 (3 adults 3 children)-- ages 5, 13 and 15. We rented a car and drove to atlantis, baha mar, downtown nassau, and paradise island for nightly entertainment. Did an excursion to blue lagoon island and we drove to solomans food store down the street to get stocked up on groceries. Palm cay was a great location...safe, clean and quiet and paradise blue was a perfect location, right on the beach. Can't beat waking up to a beautiful white sand beachand crystal clear blue waters every morning. Coffee on anyone of the 3 ocean front decks or right on your own beach is the best! we brought our own snorkel gear and snorkeled right off our beach. We did not use the upgrade membership and we found this to be very pricey. You have to do a 3 day minimum for every member of your family even if you just want to rent a paddle board for a few hours. The pink ocutpus on the property is recommended but super pricey as is everything on the island just be ready to a pay a premium for everything you do see or eat. The beach has little to no current and very shallow for a long while off the shore so very safe for all swimming levels. We ran every morning on the property and didn’t use fitness center which would also require the upgrade. We had no issues with the house. John is am amazing host and i would highly recommend for your future vacation.

My family of eight stayed for a week in this beautiful condo located right on the beach in New Providence, Bahamas, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our host John was so accommodating and made sure everything was just as promised in the listing. The condo itself is lovely, the views of the ocean are gorgeous, and the outdoor deck on the beach is perfect for lounging and dining. John provided us with all the information we needed about who to call for tours and other activities to do during our stay. We did not need to rent a car because we were able to use Cheryl's Taxi service for any trips outside of Paradise Blue. The Beach Club Resort is right next door and for a rental membership fee gives you access to their pools, gyms, outdoor bar, and beach cabanas. The Welcome Center there can also help you with any day trips you would like to take. John is a perfect host, and I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants to spend a week or more in paradise.

This is our 2nd time at Palm Cay and we can’t say enough great things about our trip. We stayed at Paradise Blue and it’s exactly like the pictures show. Beach front Villa, lounge chairs, grill etc.
We ordered pizza from the pink octopus, which were great and we are pizza snobs from the Midwest. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the beach club as they charge you per person, per day (min of 3 days), in addition to charging for an activity.
Overall, our stay was great. Quick 20-30 min drive to downtown Nassau. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Wonderful villa with direct access to beach. Very easy with infants and young children who can nap while parents lay on lounge chairs outside looking at the ocean. Water is calm and shallow.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this beautiful home right on the beach! Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms. The only downside was there wasn’t a bathtub for the kiddos but we made it work. The restaurant, Pink Octopus, is right next door and they had decent burgers and pizza on nights we didn’t want to cook. Spendy though. But the whole island was expensive, even the groceries. Overall, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Cay-Blue Paradise. The house was very clean and well cared for. The views were amazing. 4 bathrooms made for an easy place even for 7 people staying. Loved quick communication and ease of check in. John also helped arrange airport pick up which was very smooth. Would easily stay again.
One side note (unrelated to villa at hand) but the restaurant at Palm Cay (Pink Octopus) was a miss. We ate there twice and both times had 2-3 hour meals because the service is so incredibly slow--some food would come out, and some food would take 30 minutes longer. Food was actually decent, but not worth the time investment.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay!
Our family spent 7 days at the Villa over Christmas, and it could not have been more perfect.
First, the cleanliness was impressive. I’m very picky when it comes to this-I had no complaints. The Villa was comfortable for all of our guests.
The location was great for us. It is about a 25 minute ride into town to where the Atlantis, etc are. John recommended a taxi company-Cheryl’s Bahamas Taxi and Tours. Craig, (one of the owners) drove us around all week. We felt safe and never worried about transportation.
We preferred to be away from the hustle and bustle-Palm Cay was amazing. The water is calm and the beach is so beautiful. The Villa has a private deck and numerous lounge chairs. We watched beautiful sunrises with coffee each morning.
We enjoyed the club at Palm Cay. The bar prepared amazing drinks, and we enjoyed the pizza at the Pink Octopus.
This was most of our party’s first trip to Nassau. We had one day at the Atlantis waterpark, a day with Sandy Toes, (swimming with the pigs) and excellent meals at the Poop Deck and Da Legacy.
For groceries, we did splurge and did grocery delivery from insta gopher simplicity. Most cab drivers will drop you off at the supermarket for a fee. Be prepared that groceries are very expensive. (We did pack most of our snacks and dry groceries)
Everyone in our party agreed that we wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay!

First off, John was an excellent host. The house was mesmerizing with views. It was in close proximity to the bar and restaurant, The Pink Octopus. Close to the marina. Close for safe community walking in the Palm Cay resort area. House was clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. The views alone Were magical. The marina was helpful with renting a boat and booking excursions. John provided a pamphlet on areas that he felt would be helpful during your stay, which was great. The backyard was the ocean. Clean and beautiful blue water. Relaxing vacation is what my family needed at this time.

The house is perfect, has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms , had more space then we needed. It has everything you need for your stay. Then out the back door is the most beautiful beach with the clearest water. The owner and his brother are very helpful and we have already shared our experience with friends and family that had said the are going to book a stay here. Love this place we hope to come back soon.

This property was perfect for our family. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and one baby. The best part was the location. The beach was completely private most days and the restaurant and marina are only a few steps away. John was fantastic. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful with the welcome packet and airport transfer. He made our first trip to the Bahamas an incredibly smooth experience. We loved staying at the property and those views - like a postcard!

Everything was great at this villa. Awesome week long stay. Would definitely recommend this place. It is exactly as the pictures show. Great neighborhood and close to grocery store and liquor store. Would definitely stay here again. Also communicating with the owner was very easy.

We had a terrific time @ John's property in Palm Cay. Prior to our arrival the information he sent was excellent. The villa was spotless & the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to do food prep. We had lots of beach towels , comfortable beds, access to WiFi & TV, close to grocery & best of all a beautiful view of crystal clear, blue water from the living room ! Can't get better than that !! Our family had just a great time !! Good restaurants, enjoyed a snorkel trip with 4winds ( Stafford & Bullard were just great ! ) A perfect place to celebrate an anniversary !

The townhome was just as pictured. Beautiful, fresh, and beachy decor!! The views from the unit were spectacular. The location is quiet but lovely. The Marina at Palm Cay was wonderful. We ate at the Pink Octopus many times, delicious food, The dockside cafe at Marina was nice for breakfast, lunch, coffee or a bottle of liquor, sunscreen. The pool and poolside at Palm Cay Resort along with the outdoor bar were so easy and enjoyable. The gym was ok, equipment needed maintenance. I would definitely suggest paying for access to the resort, just steps away from the townhouse. The owner/manager suggested so many things, all great. Even though the pool for the townhomes was quite nice, the Resort was better. You will need a car to get out and about or we used Cheryl's taxi service. Ryan Gibbs was our driver and outstanding. The people everywhere we went were so kind and just a joy to be around. We will be back one day!!!! Paradise Blue is a great name, the water is all shades of blue, something you can hardly imagine and until you see it for yourself. Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely home!

We really had a great stay here. The townhouse was just as described. The beach was beautiful!! Had a few great meals at Pink Octopus right next door. Great owner communication and really had everything we needed for our family vacation!! We really hope to be back soon.

Wonderful family home with a huge kitchen/living area. Walk out the door to the white sandy beach, and protected cove to snorkel, paddle board, or finding shells. It was perfect for all of us. Thank you for sharing your home.

This property met all our vacation needs .Its a beautiful stunning location , it was my 50th birthday vacation with my family and everyone loved the beaches, the quick access to the bar next door, the food next door was also great .We visited Matisse Restaurant twice , the food was amazing .I walked dock several times and seen some marine live , even a turtle .I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks John for the beautiful expierance , we will be back.

We had a great time the townhouse was very nice, beach and water beautiful. Where it is located not near restaurants and entertainment but we actually liked that and it was a short 20 minute ride. There is shopping near bye but have to have a driving service for everything. The island is expensive but it was worth every penny.
We would diffidently go back and bring the grandkids.

This villa is absolutely perfect directly on the beach close to the pool, beach bar and restaurant. We had the greatest vacation with so many relaxing days with our party of 8. We had a great stay at Paradise Blue. Check in was easy, and John allowed for early check in to accommodate our early flight time. The gated community felt very safe, and having the marina next door was a nice touch (coffee shop inside).
The listing details and pictures are very accurate, what you see is what you get. The ocean is your backyard! Amazing clear and calm waters, great for kids, and the rock formations draw in marine life. We did not use the common pool as it was cool and had lots of sand in it. No other issues came up, we were very happy with the unit and what was included in it.
Some info about the area/shopping etc: Taxis are very expensive (highly recommend using Cheryl's Taxi Service), so we walked to the grocery store every other day. Its about 15-20 minutes, half of which is within the gated community. Prices are very expensive at the store ($9 Cheerios, $13 watermelons etc.), so be prepared. The liquor store next door had empty shelves and could not be relied on. There is another liquor store about 7 minutes away you can ask a taxi to take you to. Still limited selection. The only downfall to this location is that it is pretty isolated, its more of a residential complex than a tourist spot. Atlantis and Downtown Nassau are about 20-30 minutes taxi ride. We spent $115 round trip for 5 to Nassau, and $85 round trip for 2 to Atlantis.
Overall great stay and highly recommend the unit and John as a host. This is probably one of the best priced units for what you get in the complex.

This was an amazing property and absolutely perfect for my family and friends with young kids. John was extremely helpful sending us information and tips before we even arrived. He was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. The property itself was beautiful and clean. Having the beach in your backyard makes this the perfect vacation spot!

It is hard to impress our 23 year-old daughters, but walking through the door of this property made them speechless! They described the view from the living room as "screen saver quality!" My husband and I appreciated how clean and updated everything was at this property. The amenities felt like a resort without the hassel of hundreds of guests. The pool bar and restaurant were just steps away from the townhome. The property is extremely secure with a gate and guard. The staff at Palm Cay were courteous and fun! We will return to this specific townhome because it felt like our home away from home...except directly on the turquoise waters and white sand!

Fantastic home and location
The house was great, it was clean and ready to be lived in when we got there. All the amenities were there for us. The location was unbelievable. The water was clear and the private cove made the beach our own.

The property itself was amazing. I only rated it 4 out of 5 stars because it is a pretty far commute to town for dinner, drinks, and sight seeing. John was super hospitable and the unit was very clean. The pictures on the post don’t lie, you’re right on the ocean. Another plus was the unit was right next to pool and restaurant.

The property itself was amazing. I only rated it 4 out of 5 stars because it is a pretty far commute to town for dinner, drinks, and sight seeing. John was super hospitable and the unit was very clean. The pictures on the post don’t lie, you’re right on the ocean. Another plus was the unit was right next to pool and restaurant.

This was our second time staying at Palm Cay. We got married here five years ago and came back for our anniversary. Paradise Blue was perfect. The location is amazing, beautiful views of the water from the living area and master bedroom. The blue sea waters are just steps from the property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, from coffee in the morning on the balcony, long walks on the beach, and dinners on the patio. John’s home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We love the location of Palm Cay, away from the busy areas but close enough to hop in the car and drive to a local restaurant or do some shopping in the downtown area. We will definitely be back!
