Really comfortable roomy accommodation. Comfy bed and good facilities. My partner really enjoyed his steak meal from the restaurant delivered to our room too.
Room smelt mouldy/musty from the time we walked in. We tried to air it out but this didn't help unfortunately. We advised management upon leaving the next morning in case they weren't aware.

Tesla Destination charger (although we had to ask for the padlock key)
Quite a few maintenance issues, very wobbly dining table, broken bathroom drain grate, broken tiles, door lock, cupboard doors would not close, porch light not working, had to use phone torch to find light switch inside apartment.

Great location and close to the beach. Good aircon & small back patio.
That there was questionable marks on the lamp shades, stand on lamps all rusted and looked unsightly and gave me the ick. Need some mould cleaner in the showers and the toilet seat looked like it was the wrong size for the toilet in our room. For the price I thought you might at least have access to logging into Netflix or even Foxtel. I forgot how boring normal TV is.

Nice and clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included but stayed on the weekend so the breakfast restaurant was closed so wasn’t able to get breakfast.

The photos online are great
We arrived to a horrible smell in the room, the walls covered in patchy dark, grey dirty marks all over the once white walls and mould all around the door.
I let the staff know I was unable to stay due to the state of the room and the manager was poorly presented, rude, dishonest and unsafe.
Stupidly I did not take photos of the room as I was appalled and left so quickly.
I immediately paid for another hotel closer to town that was a much better experience. I happily paid for 2 hotels that night to avoid further interaction with this hotel.
I do not recommend this property.
I have stayed in many hotels in my life and this is by far the worst.

Rooms was spacious and bed was quite comfortable. Check in message received from property and made things very easy on arrival. Property was clean and tidy and easily accessible.
Our door alarm kept going off, as the staff were not available in the office (even though the sign said open) we had to continually use the card to open the door until it would stop. The scooters were right outside our door and a bit annoying with beeping. Also noisy latecomers (and incidents in the car park) not that this was the properties fault.
