Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit der Mitarbeiter, hatte Zimmerkarte verloren und sehr unproblematisch eine neue bekommen

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend

Ausreichende Größe, gute Lage zur Eissporthalle, Grundsauberkeit, ausreichendes Frühstück, ruhig

Große, dunkle Flecken auf dem Teppich, auch auf Nachfrage keine Fernbedienung im Zimmer, keine Kleiderbügel (haben wir aus den zweiten gebuchten Zimmer geholt), wenig Stauraum

Sehr enttäuscht...

Es war sehr ruhig und die Lage war Top!

Personal sehr unfreundlich und konnte überwiegend nur Englisch verstehen/Sprechen. Am Abreisetag erfuhr man, dass es Studenten sind die dort aushelfen. Wobei diese Studenten schon sehr frech sind und sich sogar als Manager/Chef ausgegeben haben. Zudem haben die Studentinnen am Empfang ein Frühstück verkauft was man am nächsten Tag nicht wahrnehmen konnten...

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder

Das Hotel hat ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Bettzeug ist nicht so hart, sehr angenehm.

Ich war relativ früh da und musste, um früher in das Zimmer zu kommen, 20€ bezahlen. Klar ist das freiwillig, aber hätte ich mir vom Service her gewünscht, dass das nicht extra berechnet wird. Einziger Minuspunkt

Ich fand es sehr gut, dass alles an der Rezeption so schnell ging und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren.

nicht so gut finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist ein wenig runtergekommen und es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Lage ist in Ordnung (ca. 10-15 Minuten zur Nächsten S-Bahnstation) aber ansonsten findet man nichts besonderes in der Nähe. Der Preis ist zu hoch angesetzt.

Toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden buchen.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend sortiert und lecker. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Straßenlärm war keiner zu hören. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel was impeccably clean, staff very helpful. The hotel room was very bright with three large windows and blackout curtains, contemporary furniture.

The ceiling fell on us on our first visit to Germany on our honeymoon!

The rooms are big enough and clean. The bathroom was big in our first room! The second room after the ceiling fell off on us the bathroom was small! The design of the rooms and hotel is great. The location was good and near a supermarket, halal turkish food truck, McDonald's and thai restaurant.

The ceiling fell on us because of the AC dripping water on it in a very scary night with lots of wind and noises. Woke up in the middle of the night like a nightmare because of the ceiling that fell. Al hamdulilah (thanks god) that it did not fell on us! The issue was that we reported that to the hotel and there was no reaction except and they just offered to change the room! Even though this is a big safety issue and it went through fortunately safely for us! The staff were not so professional and it seemed from what they said that it happened with other customers in the hotel previously. On the other hand, There was no phone in the room to call the reception! I still demand a compensation for what happened to us either from the hotel or from booking as this affected our honeymoon spirit

Clean and well-located near the Main river. Great walking and running possibilities. Easy walk to some local restaurants, including a pizza restaurant near a tennis facility

Requires public transport but the S-Bahn service was severely disrupted and made it difficult to get to and from the airport

The staff was really nice, early check-in and late checkout were possible, without any problems. The hotel offers a nice lobby with good desks for work. The location is not close to the city center, but there's a train station 5 minutes walking, which makes everything super easy. It was really worth it.

Unfortunately the room didn't have a fridge, but that was the only point which disappointed us.

Friendly front desk staff. They've got coffee, beer, drinks downstairs. Cold air-conditioning! Quiet place. Took a nap after an overnight flight. Slept like a baby all day!

Nice hotel. Not a romantic get away spot, no gym, but great spot!
