Fantastic place, lovely cottage and the swimming pool it great. Really enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Internet isn't great, but we were on holiday so not a big issueđ

The little cottage is comfortable and had everything we needed although basic itâs quite well equipped and the little patio enclosed for our little dog was a nice place to sit there is a little laundry room about 80 paces from the gate itâs shared between all the properties access is all day the carp lake is well stocked with good size fish the staff are friendly on site so if you should need any issue addressed response is within a descent time frame ideal for a couple like us we didnât use the pool but looked nice enough I think overall itâs basic but good
This is quite a rural part of Devon and driving is a must others have mentioned the building in front being quite dilapidated and run down which it is this gives the impression that the place your staying isnât up to scratch even tho peek a boo seems very well maintained and is in no way itself shoddy or unloved

The cottage is well equipped and has all you need for a stay. Very peaceful. The pool is a bonus.
The decking area needs a little tiding up, as there is not a view it would be nice to sit outside in an area that is well kept. The house opposite which you can see the roof of is a bit of a mess (not peek a boos owners fault) and that is all you can see when looking out from the living area.

Sweet cottage...well equipped.
Not a good view from our cottage...faced a run down rental cottage.

The area was lovely
You have to move items, microwave to find the water booster, dishwasher switch is behind the breadbin. Only 1 toilet roll for a week and no spare in the cupboards. The outside is nothing like the website photo, it's covered in overgrown weeds and the decking is peeling. After staying in other accommodation I would say not worth the money
