A haven to return to after a day sightseeing

Lovely quiet location. Small but perfect. So comfortable and was extremely equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. Host was extremely helpful and kind.

Exceptional

Mary was super nice and helpful. She recommended us on a very nice beatch on the lake and great activities. The location is comfortable: about 20 minutes walk from the center of Menaggio and few minutes by car. The house was well equipped with all we needed. Although there was no air conditionair, the fans did a great job in cooling the rooms. We had a great experience.

Exceptional, perfect, unforgettable, loved

Absolutely everything. This property, the pictures do not do is justice! It’s beautiful, spotless clean, cozy, loved and we really did not want to leave. Fantastic facilities, located steps from the lake and exceptional host who really goes beyond the extra mile to provide a perfect experience.

Everything there really is nothing we can fault. Beds comfortable with soft linen. Beautifully styled with much thought and loving extras. We were greeted by our lovely hosts. This was booked for my sisters 50th, they sang happy Birthday in Italian and greeted her with home bakes and Prosecco. Mari had the biggest warmest heart ❤️ and it is felt in the property, full of homely love. We got stranded due to transport issues and they even come and rescued us. The kindest hosts who really go above and more- We miss them

Wonderful stay at Mari's place

Our host Mari was a true superhost! We felt very comfortable in her cozy apartment, a lovely flat in the core of Nobiallo. Her helpfulness and hospitality made our holiday at beautiful lago di Como even more memorable. We highly recommend to support local and personal hosts like her, instead of choosing a "one of a dozen" company held apartment. Gracie mille per tutti, Mari! Mario

Very well equipped, comfortable and stylishly furnished apartment. The host, Mari, was extremely kind, waiting for us with wine and a hpme made cake. She gave useful information about attractions, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The nights were a little cool because of the low temperature setting.

Great experience at Menaggio by Como lake.

Everything was super fresh and clean. There were all you need for daily living. Property host Mari - best host we have ever met! So kind and nice person, she helped us with tickets, restaurants, best locations, even we have had a surprise when arrived, that so we felt very welcome! Thanks a lot to Mari and her husband who took us earlier on Sunday morning to ferry so we didn’t miss our flight!

Nice, small, but cozy apartment. Super friendly and helpful host. In walking distance to Menaggio.

Mari was very kind and helpful, flexible re: check in and check out times. I travelled with a friend and Mari gave us great recommendations for hiking options and sightseeing nearby, She even left a bottle of wine and fruits for us, as well as coffee. I can highly recommend to stay with her. Also, the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Darling apartment in the old part of Mennagio!

Our hosts were fantastic and met us to give us keys and walk us to the apartment. Our apartment was in a quaint neighborhood in Mennagio and there was free parking close by. The apartment was very clean and cute and the beds were comfortable. Our host had prepared delicious cookies for us on arrival. Small sofa in kitchen area--so there is not a living room. We had a car so no problem driving to the ferry to travel to Bellagio and Varenna.

Exceptional

Had such a lovely stay and the hosts were so welcoming and kind enough to pick us up from the bus station after our hectic journey. There was even a bottle of Prosecco and home made cakes waiting for us which was such a cute touch ☺️ Mari & her husband were such lovely hosts, it was a lovely stay and lovely property. Would definitely stay again and recommend

An extremely cute and clean apartment in a quiet yet convenient location. It had the feeling of being immersed in the community rather than as just another tourist.

Welcoming and comfortable studio with all possible amenities

We stayed in the studio. Mari, the host was welcoming and she explained everything into detail and was readily available to answer any questions we might have had. The studio apartment was a good size, very nicely decorated and welcoming, with a comfortable bed and all possible commodities (heating, washing machine etc...). On the photos it looks like there is a sofa, but they have put an actual mattress. Location was good. 25min walk to Menaggio that has a cute small centre and a boat connection that can get you to most other locations in Lake Como. We rented a car so was a lot easier to go around. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to lake Como.

The apartment was a little bit cold but there were ample ways to warm it up, fireplace, heating etc...

The house was super clean and tasteful. Owner was very helpful and offered a bottle of wine and sweets. Beds and bedlinen very good. Recommended.

It is a about 15-20 min walk to downtown Menaggio.

Wonderful place

Mariangela is a wonderful host, she welcomed us with prosecco and cookies. The flat is clean, cozy and has everything you might need. It's a short walk to Mennagio. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!!

It’s a nice 2 level spacious apartment. Clean and equipped with all essentials. The host is such a nice and caring lady . She was waiting for us at the parking before our arrival . She is a awesome baker and made us taste some delicious cookies that she had prepared . It was a nice stay for us .

Beautiful and authentic

The owner Mariangela was so very kind and helpful to us. The property was really well equipped, very clean and perfect for a family of four. In a quieter part of Menaggio in a traditional Italian setting. Would definitely recommend.
