Value for money. Excellent service

Excellent front desk service. Helpful & friendly staff who went all the way to assist us in finding out out transport options to other cities. Able to keep our luggage there for a few days eve though we were not going back to stay there upon our return to Seoul. Fully equipped Kitchenette in the room was a bonus. Had an excellent Dyson fan for colder nights. Hotel environmentally friendly. Gets guests to sort pit waste.

Very quiet after dark. Level 1 restaurant closed. A little too quiet to go back from Level 1 entrance.

Lovely stay, great location !

Lovely stay, great location ! The room was very pleasant, spacious and comfy. Cleaning is done daily. Staff was very helpful. Myeongdong is a great neighbourhood for tourists, with a lot of animation and street food at night. However, the hotel is located in a small alley, so it is not noisy at night. The Myeongdong metro station is nearby, at 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Bathroom equipment is a little bit old, but no major discomfort.

Perfect!

The location of the hotel was perfect! 2 min walk from chungmoro subway station and a convenient store. 15 min walk from myeongdong shopping street with all the street food. The room itself was really confortable with a lot of place to store our things. It was also very clean. The washing machine was usefull and worked well. The reception people were kind and helpful. Only good things to say about this hotel!

Peaceful and satisfying

It is convenient and peaceful as there weren’t any children around. The environment of the hotel is immaculate and my family love the place alot!

Amazing hotel for a fair price

The hotel was very clean and neat. I loved the beds because they were so comfortable and the staff was amazing, every single person on the front desk were so nice and kind. The location was very convenient. I would definitely go back.

Most of the things were great. Maybe the lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter (especially for doing makeup). But it wasn't a problem at all.

Good

The hotel was very comfortable to stay in. My room had a full sized fridge and a small kitchen area which was nice. The room was spacious and clean.

Could hear some noise from the corridor.

Good, AC not working

The room and the location were great, Everything was close by. The room was also really clean.

The Ac was not working I complained a few times but nothing was fixed about it. They did provide us with two fans but it was still really hot.

Location was really good and convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was slightly dirty. Room was dark and not much sunlight, which made it feel like night time constantly.

Happy, Safe and Enjoy the Stay.

10 Excellent Points on this Hotel: 1. Spacious, complete facilities. 2. Very clean and high standard of cleaning by an excellent housekeeping staff. 3. Location is very near (approx 160m) to Myeondong subway stn and accessible to all interesting places. 4. Very friendly and helpful staffs. 5. Love the arrangement in the room (510) a double bed and single bed, dining table, cooking facility and washing machine. 6. Always felt safe and sound and we were able to sleep and rest well after a long walk during the day. 7. Oriens Hotel is seen to be applying all safety aspect in ensuring the secured stay of their customers. 8. Easy to get taxi/transport assisted by hotel staff from hotel to airport with fixed rate (77,000 KRW). 9. This hotel made me feel like home. 10. Excellent hotel, worth money and definitely will come back in future.

In future if breakfast (halal) can be organised for muslim guests would be great.

In overall, it was satisfying and comfortable stay.

We liked the staff politeness and readiness to help. The location is convenient with easy access to metro station. The room is nice and clean. The rate is competitive.

The lighting of the room needs more regulation. The room needs to have more cups and other useful stuff.

Awesome experience at Oriens Hotel and Residences

Very spacious two bedroom Suite Premier. We had a pleasant stay in Seoul. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended
