Location was great, the eggs were under cooked.
The rest of our breakfast and dinners were good.
Conservation of towels and room clean up during stay. The toilet started leaking, and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower.
4.5
Comfortable beds and spacious room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was really tasty! Really nice location overlooking the water. The infinity pool was awesome!!
The shower could have been better, as could the internet connection
3.5
Quiet and secluded but near the main town 2 good swimming pools
No beach near by very poor internet

If you like quite this is your place.
I booked this accommodation because of their infinity swimming pool, but unfortunately it was closed and it was only open the day when we checked out. Too expensive for a low quality two rooms bungalow. The shower has no water pressure and the bathroom has strong urine smell. And too much mosquitos in the room.

The infinity pool was gorgeous. All the rooms were very clean and despite the colours being a little drab, the beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. The location was a decently big draw for me. It's located equidistant from all the major malls in the area (ICM, BQ, various Plazas). The resort owns a van, and can be rented to drop you off wherever you need to go for a very affordable price!
The resort grounds were kept very well maintained and clean. The grass was green and the pool water was crystal clear.
The breakfast was a little barebones. I had the filipino breakfast which comes only with Longonisa, Rice, and two eggs. It did, however, taste delicious, so this is barely a complaint.
Sometimes the showers/sinks would lack water pressure, but I understand that it is not the fault of the resort and rather with the city.

I love the place very clean and spacious.View is spectacular. My kids loved the swimming pools. The room is clean with big comfy beds.
Must have maybe at least two safe and good charging international stations or plugs since most of the people now are always on gadgets.

Superb morning view. Superb seafood buffet.
Air conditioning could have been better.

It was our first time to visit Bohol on this trip so we had no idea how everything is going to play out, but by the second day we were glad that we chose Kasagpan Resort. The location is perfect, it’s quiet as it is away from the busier resort town of Panglao. The sea view is amazing especially during the sunset. The two swimming pools are great for all ages and the water is so clean. Our favorite part of our stay are the staff, Irene, Bea, Juliette and everyone else. They’re the reason why our experience of Bohol was extra special. They were there each and every time we needed something. They have our meals ready at the moment we want to eat specially during breakfast(my favorite meal of the day). We will be coming back to Bohol for more and we’ll definitely be staying in Kasagpan.

Away from the noise. Nice view. staff are good. Food is good.
The room can be hot. The AC is old that it won’t get cold. The bath room is very hot. Good luck putting your make up inside the bath room.

The staff was beyond exceptional. They were always accommodating, helpful, friendly and professional. The onsite restaurant was excellent. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The layout of the property was very nice as well with beautiful landscaping. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The beds were a bit hard for my liking, but I think that is more of a personal thing, I had the same issue with every property that I stayed at on vacation, so it may be more that the people there enjoy a firm mattress to sleep on at night.

It was clean & staff were friendly.
Basic. No choice of food type - only Indian offered. Not clear on what main course came with so we ended up with tons of rice. Pool very basic.

amazing location.

Nice setting, nice unexpected Indian cuisine at dinner (but the lentil dahl was good on the first day only), nice room. Very supportive staff.
Breakfast could be better, I suffered the total lack of fresh fruit or juices. I would have preferred unlimited self service coffee
4.5
the pool and view of the water
they didn’t accept credit cards

Calm place, wonderful view of the sea, perfect for sunset. Incredible staff, kind and helpful. They booked us a tuktuk driver to discover the main places of the island (thank you so much Mawmaw !). Beautiful swimming pools in front of the sea. Clean rooms and good indian food. Thank you all, I highly recommend this place

the view was amazing
the bed was a cement slab, the shower was totally inefficient - no pressure and the shower head was all plugged up so the stream was poor. the breakfast of ham and scrambled eggs took about 30 min to arrive. and their card machine was down so they only took cash…this being a work trip - that was a really pain!

The place was amazing!! ❤️ big soaces and private vibe and overall ambiance was fantastic!! 👏👏
the water pressure especially the shower can definitely improve. it was not as expected, the staff did try to fix it which is good.. we had to shower outside (pool area) becaus eth ewater pressure is better there.

Breakfast was OK. The manager was exceptional as he took me in his own car to make my next hotel reservation. Incredible! He was very engaging. The front desk folks were also great
The shower had rock stone floors. A bit hard on the feet.

very clean and owners very friendly
I find it difficult to sleep with just one pillow.

not over crowded..i love the easy access of the sea & clean
the coffee cups are TOO SMALL, we are coffee drinkers, there should be a choice if we want just a cup or the whole carafe…..the breakfast was good…
the surrounding are clean & tidy, the staffs are very welcoming & pleasant & so does the owners….bathroom was clean & the view during sunset were AMAZING!!!!

I like the facility especially the view.
Staff were unfriendly. Didn't even smile. Breakfast were served very slow (most likely because they are understaff).

I love the pool and the view.

They prepare your breakfast based on your selection and it is served at the time you select. You get to enjoy the infinity pool and your own private beach. The sea water is so clear and transparent that you can see small fishes in the ocean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay very enjoyable. Our heartfelt thanks to manager and all the staffs.
We already suggested the hotel manager to have an additional big mirror in addition to a very small mirror in the bathroom of the Family room and to adjust the water flow which was too low to even wash off soap from hand. They provided another small but little bigger mirror to accommodate our request and will work on the water flow issue.
3.5
The pools were well-maintained. Kids and adult sections too.
Clean rooms and spacious too.
Breakfast was cold- sausages were stiff.
The coffee was ice cold when it was served- we were kind of looking forward to having breakfast with a view but the food quality ruined it.
Could not access the wifi throughout the trip.

Everything. I think this place is extremely underrated. The location was good, value for money, amenities, esp. the staffs who were very accommodating and made sure we can enjoy our stay even though we had tight schedule. they arranged our tour and transportation, etc. it was overall a really nice stay considering how stressed we were before arriving there.
Enjoy the infinity pool and the beach in which you can access through a beautiful stairs.
