1) Location is perfect, in the centre of the city 2) Free and safety parking area 3) Our room is very comfortable for family with children, and also very clean and silent. The beds are all comfortable too 4) The breakfast is enough, but maybe some better

The parking is super convenient. The staff is amazingly nice. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

The junior suite room has an odd set-up. The air-conditioning got really cold in one section, and the other section stayed just too warm. The beds were alright, but not very comfortable.

Great stay

We stayed for one night but could’ve easily stayed longer. Zeynep went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We were upgraded to a suite. Our room was spacious and clean. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel location is perfect (in the city centre).. near to shopping area and medan.. staff are friendly, especially Mrs.Zeinab and Mr.Mahmod they talk english well and are cooperative..

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Ms. Zeynep coskun is very supportive. She arranged taxi to Kusadasi and serve drinks while we are waiting for taxi to come.

Pleasant

Cleaning services were good, there were some problems with the shower head and card holder but they were fixed without asking.

They don't allow bringing guests to the hotel room. As Turkey is more conservative with relationships in public it was saddening to hear as we couldn't have any privacy even at the hotel. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything the person is doing over the next room and in the halls. The wifi is also not the best as it kept disconnecting from time to time. I had an interview and I needed to find another place with more reliable wifi.

Everything was great. I got a free upgrade to one of the suites upon check in, the price was already very competitive, at least for English standards, thus an upgrade made the reservation at this hotel a real bargain!. Very clean, very polite and knowledgeable reception. Big and quiet room, I would definitely stay there again

Pleasant Stay at an Unexpected Layover

Staff were very friendly. Tried to help to the best of their abilities if it was their own problem when asked for directions which would be difficult for foreign traveller. Free upgrade was an unexpected bonus!

Slightly difficult to find the location but not far from one of the main roads. The upside is that the rooms are really quiet!

Great Hotel with Friendly Stafd

We love the Efeler Hotel. The front desk staff, Zeynep, greeted us with a beautiful smile. She helped us order room service, which was of superb value. we enjoyed the amenities of the comfortable room. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

Would happily have paid twice the price for such a well-managed and high quality hotel

Everything. We arrived late and were very tired. Not only did the Manager organise a room upgrade to a junior suite but also kept the restaurant open for us after it had already closed. Everybody was charming and accommodating and we set off the following morning fully restored. This is a magical hotel, conveniently placed for our needs and if our itinerary had been different, we would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional and it is obvious that the Manager has created an excellent team with the highest of standards.

That we had to leave after only one night.

Amazing hotel in the city centre

The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet side street just steps away from the city center and the main shopping street. The rooms are comfortable, modern and it’s quiet so you can sleep without ear plugs. We received a complementary upgrade to a better room which was very nice. Breakfast is buffet-style and it was amazing, lots of different and fresh options to choose from. But most importantly the staff is really friendly and always trying to help which makes this hotel really stand out.

Good location with a very short distance to most shops and lots of restaurants around. Quiet and clean hotel with 5 stars breakfast. Spacious room with above average bathroom. Very helpful & polite staff.

Lovely hotel

I have been staying at this hotel for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Aydin!! I have been working since i arrived and i have a large desk in my room. Staff are amazing, perfect location and breakfast is yummy!!

providing the comfort for the price.

Quite comfortable with the room, always providing whatever you need such as iron, ice etc. Open buffet breakfast is so nice. This was our second stay with my family, will stay there again for sure.
