Delightful hotel , rooms were well equipped and nice furnishings . Beds very clean and comfy . Bathroom very clean and nice shower . Breakfast was nice , lots of variety . Pain au chocolates were delicious . Bar area warm and friendly , we stopped in for a drink each evening post skiing . Lovely friendly ambience . Staff are great , helpful and friendly . A nice place to stay and led straight out onto the ski lift area .
There was nothing we didn’t like .

Great location! Very close to ski slopes and restaurants. Jacuzzi outside fab! Ski room available for guests.
Breakfast - run out. Waiting for new food about 30 min. It wasn’t crazy busy at the hotel.
8.0
Good breakfast
Close to the ski lift
convenient ski rental and price
I selected this hotel due to with bathtub for relaxation after skiing. But there isn't a bathtub but only shower.

the location is excellent. the bar is fun & relaxed with great cocktails
the bathroom was badly designed & difficult to use. the toilet is in such a narrow gap, that even me (a small woman with narrow shoulders) couldn’t fit in the gap without doing awkward poses and knocking the toilet paper off with my shoulders. the water pressure in the shower was so bad, that only a trickle came out. made washing my hair extremely tricky and time-consuming. altogether not the treat experience I was hoping for.

Room too small.

Fab hotel! Comfy rooms, cozy lounge, great food and drinks and just by the piste. Couldn't ask for more for a short stay in Flaine.
There is a ten euros per person per day charge for the sauna and hot tub which was unexpected. But they were lovely!

The whole experience.

clean, friendly and all the staff were very helpful
spa area is very small and busy. breakfast was at times chaotic and a chef on the hot food area would have been beneficial. That aside what it may have lacked it more than made up for in other areas

it was a stylish and funky hotel - fabulous staff and facilities.
food was wonderful too and it was so close to the slopes
nothing!

The location is amazing! right next to the slopes!
It was hard to find a parking space.

The staff were really nice!!
The hotel handled ski passes for us which is really helpful.
The skishop in the hotel is good, with good equipment.
The hotel and the room are very very clean.
The location is great!
They provided packed early breakfast.
The hit in the room was good, and the shower temperature and pressure was good as well.
The breakfast was really poor, 0 vegetables, the breakfast is based on carbs and fats(meat, eggs, carbs), on one of the days we arrived around 9 and nothing was there, coffee from machine was not good … very disappointing.
The room was super small! We are 2 people with equipment, there was not enough space.
The bad was not comfortable 😞
They are charging 10 euros per day per person for spa facilities when it was not mentioned in booking before. Other than that, it’s extremely expensive considering it was very crowded. There is only sauna and jacuzzi and not steam/hamam and for 10 euro per day per person we would expect more…
In general, for such an expensive hotel, 370 euro per night, it’s didn’t meet our expectations… :(

location - convenience of skis , passes - extremely friendly , helpful & efficient staff all round from reception to ski hire & bar staff & cleaner . nice places to sit & hang out near the bar & sunny veranda .
the pillows & cooked breakfast options could have been a bit better/ hotter.

the location and the staff
breakfast was not great and my room’s hot water was unreliable.

location! friendly staff!
the breakfast and diner was a little poor

Friendly helpful staff, good food and lovely atmosphere in the bar. Great style of hotel. Great location for ski in/out
We were charged twice for extra lift passes due to a staff error. (€4)This was acknowledged but nothing done about it or refund offered. Our only small frustration.
Perhaps monitor usage of spa facilities a bit better so there is room in sauna and spa pool for others. Some other guests needed to be more considerate.

the location just perfect , the view from room to the slopes is breathtaking
spa area is fair but sometimes loaded , the charge extra but that a good thing to keep it private. kids friendly
the largest room (which we paid extra to get) is very small, no water pressure in the bathroom very hard to take a shower

Very nice and cozy Hotel a few steps away from the ski lifts. Very good breakfast and amazing spa and sauna facilities within the hotel. All you need before and after skiing all day ;)
Clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing view.
Friendly and helpful staff which created an awesome experience! Thank you!

Food was excellent
Portions of food were far too small

The location is fantastic for lifts, etc. but I fear two new developments being built will spoil the views of the slopes
The Spa is great and just what's needed after a day on the mountain.
Breakfast buffet has a fantastic choice of cooked, cereal, cheeses and pastries. Plenty of coffee, tea and juices.

From the moment of booking at the Totem Hotel our experience could not have been better. The hotel contacted us with helpful suggestions and offers before arrival. Checking in on line was easy and the staff were friendly helpful and relaxed. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was in keeping with its decor encouraging the whole group to kick back and relax.

The hotel staff was very nice. Location is great. Very modern decoration. Jacuzzi with a nice view.
We paid a room with Mountain View quite expensive and ended up on the first floor. The corridor smelled very bad. Breakfast seemed to be nice but we came 1 hour before closing and there was nothing left..
