Below my expectations

The location

The front desk staff, we checked in aftermidnight the guy who checked us in wasnt friendly at all. The hotel was not clean as per reviews.

Its a spacious one bed apartment.Washroom is big as well.

I enjoyed Treppan Hotel & Suites, great location, clean, good price and lovely rooftop pool.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Treppan Hotel & Suites By Fakhruddin. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff at the reception, especially Razzak, who was always helpful, made my stay pleasant and comfortable. If they improve the internet connection, it would be a perfect experience, but nevertheless, I recommend this accommodation to all travelers.

The biggest downside I noticed during my stay was the internet connection. Unfortunately, it was unstable and slow, which made accessing the internet and using some online services difficult. I hope they will improve it in the future, as a reliable internet connection is crucial for most guests in today's time.

Convenient location and hence the frequency of stay at Treppan

The cafe zuri & go has an extensivec menu and worthwhile having a meal. The staff are friendly. The suite is good and, comfy. Hotel staff are friendly and pleasant. The reception has good decent furniture now.

The rooms could do better with cleaner sofas and easy chairs. Broken and damaged furniture needs replacing. Strangely, there is something seriously wrong with the plumbing system. All night long I could hear sounds of toilet flushing from neighbouring rooms. The gym needs a neater appearance.

too expensive for such a small room, the view was boring, there was no room slippers, no bathrobes, the towels were rough and had stains on them, some pillow has stains also, the carpet was stained, we asked for baby crib but it was stained and looked dirty

Its a good place for a reasonable price.

Clean, Environment, Staff, Lady at the reception helped me with ejecting the phone sim with her ear ring( Plus Point), Cleaning staff was efficient, especially Mr Razzaq. Over all 10/10.

The Window glasses of the room need to be clean.

Value for money.

Good room , complete with induction cooker, microwave,washing machine , garment iron ,shaving kit, toothbrush ,comb. Large refrigerator. Small dining table for 2 . Clear dialing info on phone. Location good for global village , miracle garden.

Couldn't find menu card. Bathroom slipper would have been great. No provision store nearby . One in house store is there , where 1.5 Lt mineral water costs AED 12, (which costs AED 2 in supermarket.) Taxi not frequent . Better to use Careerm app for taxi.

Good beds, clean and spacious rooms.

The furniture it's a little bit old and need to be replaced or repaired. Even the balcony is quite small it should be cleaned and two chairs would be perfect.

Cleanliness is awesome.

Hotel have good facilities inside room and supermarket also nearby. Daily Cleaning service is awesome Housekeeping staff Sainoddin who clean maintained our room nicely special thanks to him for nice cleaning service.

2 bedroom suite was awesome, the pictures only had a one bedroom suite... the room was definitely better than what the pictures said so I guess it would be better if the property updates their pics on the 2 bedroom suite
