Vue panoramique et cozy !

La localisation du lieu, un parking gratuit à proximité. La double terrasse et la magnifique vue sur la mer avec son levée du soleil. Literie confortable !

Para 5 personas se echa en falta un segundo baño.

Amazing locatio, view from the terrace is stunning, easy access, everything was very clean

We had only 1 toilet paper roll for 5 days, there was no A/C, which can be a huge problem in the summer

lovely house, should let people know it is up a hill, as some may not be able to manage the climb.

Quiet safe convenient area to stay, just a stones throw from Santa Cruz centre.

Quiet location, perfect for chilling out in the evening. The hosts were very responsive and the property was provided with everything you needed. For anything they didn't have, all you had to do was ask. It was a short walk to the centre of Santa Cruz for tour pick ups, bus stops, restaurants and bars.

Nothing bad to report, although I can imageine with more than 4 people in the property it would be very crowded.

Nice house with fantastic view close to the city and the beach !

Fantastic location, near Castillo de la Virgen and a few minutes walking to pedestrian city center and beach of Santa Cruz de La Palma. Also fantastic view on the Atlantic ocean. The house and the terrace were very nice, very calm neighborhood and no difficulty to find parking place in front of a local administration building. For those who like sunbathing, the second upper terrace is amazing.

Could be nice to have more hooks or bars to hang towels (but the drying rack on the terrace was ok for the towels) and also a small shelf in the bathroom to place toothbrushes and other products. But this was not a big issue... and we really appreciated staying in La Terraza de Juana !

We are glad of our choice and would come back with great pleasure.

the apartment is well situated. It is confortable with a nice view on the sea. the beach and city center is at walking distance, even if you have to walk uphill on the return , but it is a googd exercice... At the end it is better to stay in this kind of villa as in an old building of the historical city center, even charming, because you can enjoy the view and the calm while beeing very near the active areas. The price/quality ration was also good. The beach is pleasant, very clean and in front of the old city.

It is not a critic, but all exchanges with the owner were by mail or phone, and it was efficient and OK for us. However, some travellers ( fe elder people ) might prefer a direct human contact.

Surroundings,2 terraces,cleanliness. Been to Island 4 times,always wanted to stay at Terraza. Now it worked.

Superb

Lovely apartment in very good, quiet location overlooking the sea. Really comfy bed. Terraces are spacious, with sun-loungers. Excellent WiFi. Owners left delicious avocados and wine for us, which were much appreciated! Would recommend for a relaxing stay on this beautiful island.

If you love the sea or the mountains, this is where you wanna stay

Thank you to the host for leaving the wine and fruits for us. Also, there were pamphlets and booklets in the house which gave details about the local area, culture, history and travel recommendations. I think there was a map too. Super helpful. The location was awesome. The rooftop is great for having fun with great view of the sea. The apartment was spacious and had good privacy.

Both minor inconveniences. But there was no dishwasher. In the washroom, the hot water geyser started dripping water for a short time after every bath for some reason.

Exceptional

The host was very generous to allow us early check in. The location is great and the views are blissful. You’ll have not one but two terraces! Such beautiful sunrises from here. Definitely recommend!

Great location overlooking the sea

The location of the house is really great, a short walk from the main town but in a very quiet passageway with amazing sea views! There is free parking a short walk from the house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and provided coffee pods, wine and fresh fruit. Great outside patio and roof terrace overlooking the sea. Decent coffee machine and Netflix on a huge TV was a bonus!

Unfortunately, the cushions for the outdoor furniture were not there, so we couldn't use the sun beds on the roof terrace and the chairs on the patio were uncomfortable to sit on. The Wi-Fi works well in the living area, but doesn't work at all in the bedrooms. The kitchen is very small, which is fine for 2 people, but would be very tight for 5 people. We had to rearrange the furniture so we could watch the TV, as the current configuration doesn't work at all.
