Agradable, pero podrían mejorar.

Me gusta mucho la variedad de actividades que ofrecen.

1. Estuve llamando desde mi habitación porque se inició un golpeteo que se amplificaba por ser de noche, me habían dado una tarjeta con un número al cual comunicarme por si necesitaba algo, llamé por 30 minutos o más pero no recibí respuesta alguna, tuve que acercarme a recepción para expresar mi pedido. Mandaron un joven, lo "arregló" pero al poco rato volvió a sonar, llamé, esta vez, después de mi molestia inicial, sí respondieron al teléfono. Es la segunda vez que voy a pasar unos días allí, la primera vez llamaba desde el exterior, por largo rato y tampoco contestaban. 2. Como llega tanta gente por el full day, el primer día de mi estancia jamás encontré un espacio donde estar en la piscina ni tampoco en los lugares de la playa, tuve que estar dando vueltas o en mi habitación. 3. En una de las noches pedí solo un sandwich de hot dog, se demoraron muchísimo, quería ir al espectáculo de baile, le pedí que me lo alcanzaran allí, me dijeron en 5 minutos pero llegaron pasados los 40 minutos, con el hotdog frío, comí casi nada porque no es agradable comer algo que no está caliente.

La ubicación y los servicios.

La señorita de recepción pésima actitud y pésima en buscar soluciones y que el huesped se sienta agusto. Hace que todas tus vacaciones se sientan arruinadas. Demasiada gente por los full day, hace que el precio que se paga por estadía no valga la pena.

I was very disappointed in the value and quality of this restaurant and will not be staying here again.

we rented 4 rooms for a group. 1) The rooms lacked basic supplies for meals and drinking and cleaning 2) Cleaning service was inconsistent and not always done well 3) the light in 2 of the bedrooms flickered on and off consistently 4) bugs were rampant and clearly no bug control is being done. 5) the landscaping and plants don’t look to be cared for very well 6) the women’s bathroom by the pool was flooded for a good portion of the day this past Friday 7) food service at the restaurant was slow, and food was average quality and very expensive compared to all other local restaurants 8) two of the bathtubs of our rooms had a very bad leak and the room had to be changed 9) room keys constantly had to be renewed as we were constantly being locked out of our rooms despite not putting them near our cell phones 10) beach was not well kept up with trash left in the sand; cans, bottles, bottle caps, cigarette butts, etc 11) minimal blankets and towels were provided for the room. 12) living room lamp did not work 13) music was loud at night past 10pm and rooms are not sound proof, Monday morning at 7am 14) wifi did not work well 15) one of the televisions did not work 16) most of the game equipment was not functional or broken

Great Breakfast

The key needs to be in place to turn on lights and they only gave us one key. When we would leave, the lights would then be off thusctelling burglars no one is home. A big security risk.

Greay stay, we will definitely come back.

the facilities are great, the pool is very big and have different sections for all ages and preference. the beach is so close and clean. we loved the activities, they have options for adults and kids. our favourite was the bonfire.

the a/c wasn’t working in any of the rooms according to the reception. The restaurant doesn’t have many options in their menu, if you stay there for many days it gets boring. we went to the Boulevard twice for variety of food. The restaurant is a bit pricey too.

location was ok,

I went twice to the front desk because the AC wasn’t working. they just took a note of the room # and didn’t do anything about it. the room was very hot and I let them know about the situation but no one show up to fix it even when I called and went to the front desk. they need to improved breakfast. there’s is no a lot of options.

Hotel with large rooms, great for a one night stay

The resort was nice with a very large pool. We were on our way to Paracas so only stopped for the night and did not take advantage of the facilities. We stayed in a room that had 2 queens bed and a king with a shared bathroom. The room was a nice size and had a view to the pool.

No blankets in the bed, only a single sheet. Freezing!

Disappointing

The place is nice.

The hotel plays loud music everywhere from 10 am until 10 pm. Even at the beach. It’s like being in a disco so it’s impossible to rest and relax. The place is great but the pouncing beat ruins everything. We would come back if they just turned the music off.

Nice hotel with room for improvement

The reception staff were friendly. Very good service from the bar staff. The scheduled dance activities are very entertaining

During the first day of our stay the restaurant did not have several menu options available. Breakfast with very little variety. On the beach there was a dead seabird that was not removed for two days

Exceeded my expectations, great full service option to relax and enjoy the beach, all inclusive way.

Great breakfast buffet, natural fruit juices, local delicacies, plenty of options. Entertainment for the whole family, private access to the beach, staff is very attentive.

surfaces get dusty very fast, mostly from the ocean breeze, and rust shows on metal applications like balconies. Access to the property needs work, as it is easy to miss the exit from the highway. It could use a MUCH SOONER and LARGER SIGN at the highway to allow for time and preparation to take the exit into the beach resort.

Unwelcoming staff at reception, language barrier, food shortages on menu, food orders constantly incorrect, daily issues with cleaners after room had been serviced i.e. missing towels/cups, no basic inclusions like utensils or glasses, booking.com discount not applied on check in at front desk, poor wifi, poor TV connection

It was nice, relaxing and fun

The property is very modern,comfortable and the places like the pool, the venue for the concerts,etc are well organized. And it haves a lot of fun activities to do like: Zumba, voleyball, concerts, etc.

The place is beautiful starting with the entrance, then the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, with a lot of space and the other areas like the pool and beach were very clean and funny. Also, you can pay for extra things like a romantic dinner or a night with a wood fire.

5 stars no way.

The room size was good and some dishes from the restaurant were ok.

The living room sofa smelled pure sweat, it was awful. The amount of flies was too much when seating at the restaurant ready to eat. cleaning was a C minus overall. It really makes me wonder how is booking.com rating this hotel 5 stars.
