This was a great experience and I would visit again

The hotel was lovely and the morning breakfast was an exceptional buffet that I purposed not to miss after my first experience. There was a large variety of foods and it was a great start to the day.

There was a miscommunication regarding the rate for a driver one evening and it was not recorded as discussed. I was told this would be corrected, however at check out it was not. Then, when I mentioned it at check out, the reported manager for this department advised the price was actually higher and proceeded to direct the desk agent to increase the charge rather than honoring the price that was documented, which was already three times the expected price. I thought that was in poor form and not an example of good customer service, especially as she never spoke to the person that recorded the charge incorrectly. She put a pall on a great experience otherwise. Would have been a 10 other than her and the buying of currency. which did not always occur with posted rates and they were appreciably lower than that at the airport.

The ambiance and the professionalism of the staff especially the checkin staff who were very friendly and courteous.

The curtain blinds did not close completely at night to prevent sun light in the room in early morning.

Hotel staff steal money, don't stay here

Extortionists work in this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and paid in full for the entire stay. We have spent over $7,000 during this time. But the hotel workers tried to charge us an extra $200. We refused to pay and they agreed with it. After that, without our knowledge, they approached our guest and deceived him for $200. Hotel staff steal money, don't stay here.

The facility was really nice as I would expect for the price.

Staff at times could have been more friendly and helpful. A smile , hello goes along way to making customers feel welcome. A couple of times I asked for some help in reception regarding accessing cash, location type questions and found the response quite disinterested and abrupt.

I liked the staff. They were friendly, efficient.

The bathroom of he room I stayed in had cracks in which there were water stains and I didn't expect that from an establishment, which charged me $383 per nighg.

Our stay at Kempiski was a very memorable and a pleasant one.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Kempiski, we all loved the experience and it will be our No. 1 choice for hotel anytime we are in Accra. Breakfast came with several options, pool was very good and clean, the staff were very hospitable, the complimentary airport pick up and drop off was a relieving idea. Thumbs up to Kempiski Hotel.

There is an art work at the Breakfast area (Papillon) with the inscription "Heaven can wait 6", first heaven cannot wait for anyone, second and most crucial is that it has obscene and immoral images which are not appropriate especially for a place where little children will be brought to have breakfast. This feedback has been given to the "Lady in Red" at the front desk and I hope the hotel will notify me soon that the art work has been removed. Also there should a children friendly gym for children under 16 to make it a 100% family friendly hotel.

Awesome first experience! Beautiful property - fantastic service : best holiday of 2023

Shuttle Pick up/drop off from airport was very convenient with attentive friendly driver First impressions are everything and this hotel does not miss! Ada in red dress was super at getting us sorted for tours etc Roz the manager was very attentive and friendly - fruit and water in rooms was appreciated!! Singer in the bar lounge on Friday/Sat night was super talented and amazing! (28 April/5 May). Nice touch having live music on weekends Lots of places to chill/work remotely/hang out on property outside of your room Pool was so nice and good to have lifeguard always on duty. Pool bar service was excellent and cabanas were a great touch Mavis in the Restaurant was AWESOME every day and at every meal time that she was there. Made us feel very welcome with her warm smile and pleasant personality. Great menu options for all preferences/allergies etc with local dishes. Loved the Prosecco with breakfast!! Augustina in the Spa has magic hands!! I had to go back twice. The Spa is so calming and has every amenity - sauna/steam room/relaxation room. I didn't want to leave! I WILL BE BACK and have already recommended to friends. Kobby taxi driver took us on tours - he was recommended by the hotel concierge and he is amazing, attentive and made us feel safe giving us an authentic experience which was important on our first visit to Ghana Mama Africa has store across the street from hotel entrance which was very convenient for local shopping as she had some lovely items and souvenirs. Her customer service is 100% Extended check out was also accommodated which was nice as we got to enjoy amenities like a late spa appointment before boarding an international flight The security team there is top notch! They made us feel safe but were not intrusive. I would definitely return again as a solo traveler

Wonderful staycation...Kempinski around the world never disappoints great stay!

Christian who checked me really made sure I was OK. Because a group booking came in he made sure he took his time to book me in Frank at the restaurant was the sweetest give this guys a pay rise! Excellent And the lovely friendly gentleman who cleaned the room on the 6th floor. Lovely .

The check was crazy because of the group that had just arrived and it just felt over whelming. The ladies from security In the car pack...they were more interested in chatting to each other than helping. Which was a shame

The food staffs were rude and disrespectful to my P.A they refused her to eat breakfast because I was not there even though she showed them her room number that made her feel miserable . A security guy came to chase my P.A at the reception waiting for me even though my P.A showed them her room key and the security still went further and made her uncomfortable.q
